Andrew was very prompt with his responses and when performing the survey. He rang up afterwards and gave us an overview of any important points and answered any questions. The survey was very detailed and I'm very happy with my experience with this company.

I found DBISS from Compare My Move and decided to use their service because Andrew gave me a good advice and confirmed that he would conduct the survey himself - unlike many companies which outsource the surveyors. Andrew was really helpful and provided advice prior to my decision to use his service. He also fulfilled my request to check particular areas of the house which was much appreciated. He was prompt in contacting the seller and booked in the survey date. The report was also provided to me within the promised timeframe.
