Excellent product (shower trims) which i struggled to get in the north east , fast delivery , would definately use this company again , perfect

Have used DBS a few times & reasonably satisfied, hence the repeat business. This time due to it being a larger size delivery & needing someone capable of receiving it at the address, I paid for Next Day delivery. Despite being informed via text the evening before that it would arrive next day, the tracking the next morning gave me cause for concern as wasn’t showing as out for delivery. I waited until lunch time, then tried to contact the courier company (XDP) to no avail, so contacted DBS. They could only see the same tracking as myself, advised me that the couriers were running behind, so if it didn’t arrive that day they would issue me next day delivery refund. They also said delivery would then likely be Monday, due to it being a Friday. I asked if they could chase delivery & was told it takes them a few hours to get a response from the courier but would try to get back to me. I also explained at the time that Monday wouldn’t be an acceptable delivery, would need to be the Friday after so that someone could receive it & was told they would be able to work with the couriers to achieve this. A few hours later, still no delivery, no update on tracking and nothing from DBS, so I gave them another call. They said it was showing as not left the depot yet, they would issue the delivery refund & Monday delivery likely. I explained again that wasn’t suitable, they said they had the dispatch note, would let couriers know & inform me if any problems.

Monday morning I receive a text from XDP informing me the shipment was being delivered that day! Again I was unsuccessful in contacting them so back to DBS, to be told that they use an external courier, so couldn’t guarantee anything but would send an email requesting the delivery be rejected & hopefully it would be delivered Friday! I was also told that there was no way for me to contact XDP or their driver, nor did they have any access to message the driver either. It is important my neighbours aren’t disturbed, so this was also an issue if delivery was attempted. At great disruption to myself I made arrangements to be at the address incase of delivery, though not physically able to receive and manoeuvre it. They did indeed arrive and deliver on Monday, but thankfully was only part of the order, so I was able to deal with it. Would you believe on Tuesday, same situation another text from XDP informing me shipment due for delivery that day. Tracking was useless as the reference number was the same & despite saying out for delivery that day, the next entry was that it was delivered yesterday! I didn’t bother trying to contact them or DBS, as why would I? I yet again at great cost arranged to be at the address myself & to the drivers credit he managed the large shipment himself and was very helpful, he also informed me that it would have been with the driver yesterday but he had run out of room on his van! I hope this is the complete delivery, but am beginning to wonder if someone is playing a practical joke & tell me they are giving me the order for free for my troubles! Such as fear of losing job due to all the last minute arrangements or upsetting paramedic neighbours on shift work who need not be disturbed.

All of this could have been avoided with some organised honest communication, or if DBS simply offered the basic 3-5 day delivery, then I would have made different arrangements. I’m more than aware and appreciate the difficulty when dealing with external couriers, as I worked with this situation and spent a great deal of time securing couriers for a business that required specific levels of service. In this day & age to be unable to communicate well with a base or their drivers, I would suggest is not suitable nor acceptable. So I cannot in any good faith recommend DBS or use them again unless and until they can provide a suitable courier service. I don’t like leaving negative reviews & rarely do, but feel strongly about this, as I’m sure that I’m not alone in house renovations being stressful enough without extra unnecessary complications. I repeat, I know & understand delivery situations can be somewhat out of the product providers hands but communication with their customer is key & I shouldn’t have to keep chasing or to be told to hope for the best either!

Shower wall panels arrived promptly with company's own delivery driver, so kept up to date with arrival time etc. Product supplied was cheaper than on other websites.

A good company to deal with. I purchased bathroom wall cladding from them and it arrived safely. It looks stunning on the wall. I initially tried to purchase the same item from a well known Orange DIY chain direct from the supplier but they refused to deliver to our address. I purchased from DBS via the website and they fulfilled my order with no hassle.

I've been dealing with DBS Bathrooms for nearly 10 years. The service has been absolutely brilliant. When any problems occur, which is very rare they deal with ir very prompt and professionally.

I always use DBS for wet room boards, and all the accessories as I'm always pretty sure of the quality and it's usually 100%

The first thing I would like to say is that the aqua board's are fantastic they are easy to cut we cut ours with a sharp Stanley knife, slot together great the colour was just what I wanted the delivery was good well packed would definitely buy for this seller again well worth the money can't fault them thankyou very happy 😊
