Hi Paul, we’ve just received & responded to your email. We’ve checked the GPS and it shows delivery was attempted twice. We did ship your parcel within 1 working day rather than the 2-4 working days the website advises. We’ve already contacted our courier and will provide an update before close of business today. I do feel this review is a little unfair on us and ask could this please be directed to DPD instead? We will be in touch shortly with updates - if DPD does not provide an update before close of business we will stay late and remake your order today. Kind regards, DC

Hi Paul, just updating here as we’re not sure if you’re receiving our emails. We can see your order arrived the following day after we remade and shipped for you when you made us aware via this review. We’ve had feedback from the courier, unfortunately they were unable to access your address from the photo provided but glad to see this was resolved. If you would like to discuss further please send us an email. We see you’ve ordered a few times and hope this has been the only time you’ve had an issue?

Hi Dan,

Your order was cancelled as you didn’t have the card payers permission to place your order. We were contacted by the card holders bank to advise of fraudulent activity. You haven’t been in contact with us or we would have advised this. The refund has already been issued to the card used to place this order. If you did have permission to use this card I would advise you contact the card holder.

Hi,

We feel a 1 star review is unfair when your order arrived within the turnaround times specified (2-4 working days.) We explained in our email to you that we understand this information may sometimes be missed which is why we have a check box that must be checked confirming the turnaround times again and that you accept them. You ticked this box.

You accepted the 2-4 working day turnaround but left a 1 star review even though it’s arrived in the turnaround times? We strive to provide everyone with a high level of customer satisfaction as you can see from our other reviews. The only 1 star reviews are customers complaining of turnaround times that they’ve confirmed they accept before placing the order.

Hi Sean,

Thank you for your order.

I’ve checked and can see you ordered prints which as advised on the website have a production time of upto 4 working days before being shipped via a next day courier. We do mention this in multiple places on the website to avoid confusion.

I’m sorry you missed this information. For any orders needed urgently we just request an email first to check this is possible before ordering. The last thing we want is for customers to receive their order after it’s needed but during busy times it can take the full 4 working days for the prints to be produced so it’s always best to check first.
