Maine is website (Dealclear) se ek router aur ek TPO camera order kiya tha. Delivery mein thoda time laga, fast delivery toh nahi thi (mujhe lag raha tha pata nahi aayega bhi ya nahi!), lekin packging badhiya thi aur dono items safe mil gaye. Ab jabse main use kar raha hoon, toh socha ek lamba descriptive review likh doon taaki baaki log ko help ho jaye.

1. Wi-Fi Router Review (Performance & Setup)
Router ki baat karein toh looks wise kaafi acha hai aur build quality bhi sahi hai.

Setup: Iska setup karna thoda sa tricky tha starting mein, par manual dekh ke ho gaya. Agar aapko tech ka thoda knowledge hai toh 10-15 mins mein configuration ho jayega.

Range aur Speed: Mere 2BHK flat mein iska range kaafi mast aa raha hai. Last wale kamre mein jahaan pehle network bilkul mar jata tha, wahaan bhi ab 2-3 bars signal milte hain. Speed drop ka problem nahi mila abhi tak.

Heating Issue? Maine isko 24x7 on rakha hua hai, thoda sa warm hota hai par over-heat hokar restart hone ka issue abhi tak nahi aaya. So overall, router paisa vasool hai.

2. TPO Camera Review (Clarity & Features)
Camera ke liye main thoda darta tha ki sasta hai toh quality kharab na ho, par isne surprise kiya!

Video Quality: Iska day time ka video ekdum neat and clean hai. Chehre clear dikhte hain. Night vision bhi kaafi decent hai, IR LEDs acche se kaam karte hain toh andhere mein bhi thik-thak visibility mil jaati hai.

App Connection: Mobile app se connect karne mein thoda time laga (shayad mera internet slow tha ya app ka UI thoda slow hai), par ek baar pair hone ke baad live feed mast chalti hai.

Motion Detection: Motion detection feature sahi se kaam kar raha hai. Jab bhi koi gate ke paas aata hai, phone pe notification aa jata hai. Thoda sensitivity ka adjustment karna padta hai nahi toh patti hili toh bhi alert bhej deta hai, par setting change karne se thik ho gaya.

Pros (Achi Baatein)
1. Dono products ekdum original aur working condition mein hain.
2. Router ka range aur speed solid hai.
3. Value for money deal mili Dealclear pe.

Cons (Kamiya)
1. Delivery was very slow. Thoda jaldi bhejna chahiye yaar.
2. Camera app ka UI thoda better ho sakta tha.
3. Customer support se connect karne mein thoda patience lagta hai.

Final Verdict:
Dealclear website genuine hai, bas aapko patience rakhna padega delivery ke liye. Agar aapko jaldi bazi nahi hai aur acche price mein product chahiye, toh aap yahaan se le sakte hain. Mere dono items sahi chal rahe hain, toh meri taraf se is deal ko 4 out of 5 stars!

Worst experience. I was looking for a zero-star rating, but unfortunately that’s not an option.

I ordered a camera from this website, but they sent a completely different camera. I requested a return/replacement, and it’s been many days with no proper response from their side. I tried contacting customer support multiple times, but there has been no resolution. Even their contact number appears to be switched off.

I would strongly advise others not to buy from this site.

Cheater, they will provide a wrong product and there is no place to complaint. They won't do return and refund. Entirely a fraud dealer. I strongly suggest you not order anything from Dealclear.

I ordered a TP-Link Tapo security camera from DealClear, expecting to receive the genuine product advertised on their website. Instead, I received a completely different V380/V280-type camera of much lower value and quality.

The most frustrating part was the complete lack of after-sales support. I tried contacting the company regarding the wrong item, but received little to no meaningful response. My attempts to resolve the issue and obtain a replacement or refund were unsuccessful.

Receiving a product different from what was advertised is unacceptable, especially when it involves branded electronics. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend DealClear and would advise potential buyers to exercise extreme caution before ordering from them.

If you are purchasing branded electronics, make sure to verify the seller carefully and keep records of all communications and invoices.

My experience was disappointing and has caused a complete loss of trust in this seller.As a customer, this experience felt fraudulent and highly misleading.

Based on my experience, I would not purchase from them again and cannot recommend them to others.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with DealClear.

I ordered 2 units of TP-Link Tapo C520WS 2K QHD 4MP Outdoor Pan/Tilt Smart Wi-Fi Cameras (Order ID: 252728) and paid ₹9,658. However, the products delivered were completely different from what was advertised and ordered.

As a customer, I expect to receive the exact product mentioned on the website. Delivering a different product without prior communication is unacceptable and misleading.

I have already shared photographs of the received items and requested either a replacement with the correct TP-Link Tapo cameras or a full refund. I am still awaiting a satisfactory resolution.

I would advise potential buyers to verify products carefully and review customer feedback before placing orders.

I hope DealClear addresses this issue promptly and improves its quality control and customer service.

I would like to warn other customers about my experience with the Deal Clear website. In my opinion, this website appears to be highly unreliable and potentially fraudulent.
I ordered a TP-Link CCTV camera from the website for approximately ₹2,300. However, instead of the original TP-Link product, I received a low-quality Chinese product that did not match the item advertised. The website charges customers for genuine branded products but delivers cheap substitute items.

I am very much disappointed with my recent experience with dealclear regarding my order #252114, placed on 30 May 2026.
Firstly, I received the wrong item, which is completely unacceptable. Such basic errors reflect a lack of quality checks and poor order handling.
Secondly, despite raising the issue, there has been no proper resolution till now. The delay and lack of response from customer support is highly frustrating and unprofessional.
To make matters worse, the contact number listed on the website is incorrect, making it even more difficult to get assistance. This shows a serious gap in customer service management.
Overall, this has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience. I expected better service, but unfortunately, dealclear has failed on multiple levels—order accuracy, customer support, and communication.

This e-commerce site seems to be dubious and intent to cheat. I placed a order for Tapo camera and some defective local camera was sent. I raised the complaint and no one responds. Please be wary of Deal Clear.

Company is big fraud. They are scamming customer. They send wrong and cheap product instead of original and reputed company product. I order Tp-link TAPO WiFi Home Surveillance Camara & after payment COD when opened the box found some local brand camara, whose supporting software is also not available. Shear wastage of money
