Fake material supplier,we have booked order for TAPO make camera and they sent different make camera and while opening box it has been observed it is in broken condition, i have sent reply on email vide dt.17/05/26 but still not received any response from there

I ordered x20 deco and they sent me M4 which is half the price of X20. All details on website are fake. However, they call from 9811670293 this number to verify if your order is confirmed or not. Also report on e-daakhil website about this fake website.

Scam! They supplied cheap camera instead of Tapo as published. Nor hv they shared gst bill after taking necessary details.

Worst experience. I ordered tapo products but they have sent some cheap products from a different brand and no response. They are a fraud cheating ppl. Don't order from them. It is useless.

Very disappointing experience with DealClear. I ordered a branded product but received a completely different item. Despite reporting the issue, the support team refused proper resolution and kept insisting on an unboxing video, while the parcel itself mentioned “No Open Box Delivery Allowed.”

Instead of refund/replacement, they offered discount coupons. Poor customer support and zero accountability. Would advise customers to be away from this website. This not an authentic platform for online shopping.

It's a fraudulent website. They send cheap products instead of original. You can't reach them once u made the purchase. They are scammers.
