Do not buy from DearJane.

I purchased a cpap which stopped working after 18months. As soon as they found out it was out of warranty, they stop communicating via email. I tried calling and was hung up on. They also wont offer a repairer for the machine.
They have very poor customer service,
I dont believe they are worth any time or day. Consumer affairs didn't have much luck communicating with them. Im going to take them to court. Im no push over...

We purchased a bed blanket frame. The purpose of the frame is to lift the bed covers off a persons feet whilst they are in bed. The frame comes in 6 parts and needs to be assembled which is fine. the problem is the parts do not fit together. 5 of the 6 parts are 22mm in diameter and only one is 19mm. 22mm fitting into 22mm does not go! the pushback from Dr Jane was intense and aggressive

The least helpful customer service experience ever.

I ordered two baskets for my scooter, only to receive completely the wrong items. I have repeatedly emailed the company and requested a barcode so I can return the incorrect items, but have received absolutely no useful support.

I also called customer service, only to be told to email again. So, despite making multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I have essentially just been instructed to keep emailing with no actual assistance or solution.

Zero support, zero help, and an incredibly frustrating experience from start to finish. I would not purchase from this company again.

I bought an ear hole pillow. Thought I would share this because I found the pillow to firm, too high, which hurt my neck plus it causes pressure on my face. Maybe the gap was a little deep for me. I can't change or get a refund due to hygiene which is understandable. The pillow is still of high quality and I recommend this, just check your measurements first.

Do not buy from this company!!! They do not offer refunds. This company sells various medical aids and we all know that one size DOES NOT fit all. I purchased the Rebotec-Safe-in-Anton-Soft red Crutches thinking that they would be lightweight for me to use for travelling. These crutches are heavy, bulky and very uncomfortable. The handles are not the usual shape and very uncomfortable for my arthritic hands. Do not be taken in by the bright colours. I emailed Dearjane asking for the details for returning and getting a refund and received a reply telling me to see the terms and conditions and they do not give refunds. Very poor considering this company sells MEDICAL AIDS.

Due to an online purchase error I received an unwanted item.Subequent requests for a return and refund were ignored and rude. I returned the item via post but still they rudely ignored me. I reported them to Fair Trading they also were not able to get a result,in fact what was told to them I will not repeat.
