DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
I ordered 2 shirts both were supposed to be size M. I received a 2XL in one shirt and the other shirt had no size and was not the shirt I ordered. They will not send me a postage page label so that I can return the items and get a refund, which means even if I paid for the postage to send it back, I wouldn't get the shipping cost even if I did send it back. Terrible customer service and a total rip off. I guess I will just have to donate these shirts or I will lose more money then I already spent!!!!! Lesson learned-buy within the USA

Horrible. Sent wrong items. The clothing is extremely cheap and horribly made. I asked if I can get the correct items they said to ship the wrong items back and they would issue a refund. So let me make sure I understand. I have to pay more money to ship these cheap worthless shirts to you so I can get a refund. The shirts are worth all of 50 cents why can’t u just send the right items. Or refund my money!DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS

Bought 5 shirts that looked great online. Sadly I was sent the wrong size and the clothes looked nothing like the ad. I contacted the to exchange the wrong sizes and was told I had to send them in the original packaging to china for a replacement. Since that will be more expensive then the clothes I will just deal with it. Do not bother with these people obviously this is how they operate by sending wrong sizes and different items.

I ordered 3 items and have received 2 of them. 1 item I received was not the item I ordered I contacted the company and was told to send item back to them at my expense. This company should be shut down for fraudulent transactions. This company has not said they will send the item I ordered and have not offered a refund.

I wish I had read the reviews before I sent in an order.
after almost 3 months the items were wrong and poor quality. Beware,
Chinese writing and weird translation. Next stop is a note to my credit card.

CAUTION!!! FRAUD!!! Ordered April 4th 2021... it took them a nanosecond second to steal my money! Almost THREE months later on June 26 2021 I received a partial shipment. One of the shirts was SUPPOSED 2 be a mostly purple blouse with other beautiful colors size XL because I wanted it to fit like it did the model... oversized and flowy. NOT ONE SPECK OF PURPLE IN IT!! What I got was mostly different shades of this absolutely putrid lime green... I am a fair skinned BLONDE... THAT IS THE LAST COLOR ON THE COLOR WHEEL THAT I NEED TO BE WEARING!! AND my 110 lb granddaughter can't wear it... AND... I can't even use it as a dust cloth because it feels like some kind of plastic! The other shirt is just a t-shirt... but once again, NOTHING like what was shown on the web sight and NOT the right size. No they will not give you your money back!

I bought some clothing based on the advertisement which was very attractive, unlike what I received. Waited almost 3 months before goods came, total disaster, very poor quality. The quality of material used to make clothes are unacceptable, so inferior that I cannot wear them.

This a company NO ONE SHOULD BUY FROM!!!

DO NOT DO NOT BUY FROM THE CRAP COMPANY I PLACED AN ORDER THEN DECIDED TO READ THE REVIEWS MY BAD SHOULD HAVE DONE THAT FIRST SO I IMMEDIATLEY CANCELLED MY ORDER 6 MINUTES AFTER ORDERING WHICH THEIR POLICY IS 24 HOURS TO CANCEL IT TOOK 4 DAYS TO RECIEVE AN EMAIL AFTER THE PAYMENT CLEARED AND THEY HAD MY MONEY AND FOR MONTHS I HAVE BEEN FIGHTING THEM TO GET MY MONEY BACK 2 MONTHS AND I RECIEVED 2 OF 12 ITEMS AND THEN 2 WEEKS LATER 1 MORE ITEM I ORDERED 12 ITEMS AND OUT OF THE 3 THAT I GOT NONE OF IT WAS WHAT I ORDERED AND ALL WAS SMALLS EVERYTHING I ORDERED WAS A 2X SO STILL FIGHTING WITH THEM I RECIEVED A $52 REFUND OUT OF $200 SPENT AND 3 ITEMS THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS AND THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND THEN BLOW YOU OFF AND COULD CARELESS I AM NOT DONE WITH THEM IF IT TAKES ME FOREVER I WILL KEEP IT UP UNTIL I GET MY MONEY I AM SPEAKING WITH A LAWYER NOW I NEED THOSE CLOTHES THE ONES I ORDERED AND THEY COMPLETELY STOLE MY MONEY NOT EVERYONE HAS THAT KIND OF MONEY TO SPEND I CERTAINLY DID NOT BUT I PROMISE THIS IS NOT OVER

Bought as a birthday gift. Runs a little large but since it's 100% cotton, it may shirk.

It took 6 weeks to get my order. I was not aware it that it was coming from China The material that the blouses are made of resembles crepe paper, they do not look anything like the pictures they show. One "medium" is small, another 'medium" is large. Broken buttons, only printed on one side, white on the other, looks really tacky. I don't think that I would donate them to anyone. I figure it would be too much of a hassle to try to get my money back for these inferior products.

Terrible company, I don’t recommend this place to anyone. First of all I ordered 2 things and they charged me 3 items such as 2 blouses and one short pants. I only had received 1 blouse and it’s poor quality and doesn’t look like the picture at all. This company it’s a scam. Don’t buy anything from them if you want to be disappointed, rather it is more fun to throw away your money in the toilet.

I only wanted to give 1/2 star, just because they were at least polite, but that's the only good thing I can say about them!!! I ordered 5 shirts. They proudly say orders ship w/in 24 hours! After I contacted them & almost 1 month later 2 of them showed up. They are ok. I contacted them several more times & they kept saying to be patient. Finally after 2 MONTHS the other 3 shirts arrived however, 2 of them were NOT the ones I ordered & I don't even like them! I contacted them again & was told I could return them but I would have to pay for overseas shipping & I am to value it lover than $15 because if it has a higher value there will be a customs fee, and they do not pay for customs fees!
Now I buy a LOT of things on line, I have NEVER had an experience like this!!!! SERIOUSLY?!?!? This is a company you want to do business with. I urge you not to support them!!!

I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering from them. Early Apri 2021, I ordered 3 blouses. I received my order on June 3rd and one of the items is not what I ordered. Although it was THEIR mistake, they want me to pay to return the item from Canada to China! This will cost me more than the price of the item. They are absolutely not accountable. “If you’re not satisfied, you can always return the item to us” is what they told me. Of course I am not satisfied! You did not send me what I ordered. Plus, the blouses I received are cheaply made. They don’t look like the items on the pics on their website. Thin polyester, no label and the small size is bigger than standard small. Not a good experience at all!

I read the reviews after the issues we had with order.
Ordered a large shirt and received a small. They expect us to ship the shirt back from Canada to China at our cost and then they will only credit us for the cost of the shirt. They would not ship a large as originally ordered.
So basically pay for the shirt twice and not have a shirt.

I wear us regular women size 4 or small size for most us brands,I ordered small.The length is right above my knees.The material,color and flower patterns looks quite good.

I ordered a few clothing items and a beanie hat. I received the beanie hat after about a month. I have yet to receive the rest of my order which I placed about 3 months ago!

First, I was double charged. My financial institution retrieved the second payment. I ordered the six items in April. I have received one. The size is exaggerated. My inquiries are ignored. The second items is "shipped" with no information and the other four items are "waiting". I do like the one item received and "waiting" to like the others. Don't buy clothes for the coming season. Buy to wear in a year. There is reason this company is called "Dear Once".

I placed an order for 6 items on 27 March, only 2 items received as of today, 25 May. Their response to my email enquiry on 13 May was, the order was in normal processing! I haven’t heard from them since, and received nothing.
