Bullies! Not helpful! When I called to see what they were about they pressured me to join right away even though I told them they were my first phone call and I wanted to see what else was out there. Then when I wanted to cancel they argued with me and told me lies that I confirmed were lies with my credit card people and debthelper.com told me how my credit life afterwards would be hell, it wasn’t. Just don’t let them pressure you and or tell you things that aren’t true to get or keep your business because this company lives on these two traits.

I like that Alex went through all the information and he made sure I understood what he was saying so I like that.

Finding a qualified person who can help you with debt is easy. Alex Borge is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in this area. He can give great advice about credit card debt and how to handle it.

Excellent company and helpful staff. Very informative in helping you get out of debt and stay debt free with their tools available.

Austin was incredibly professional, thorough and patient with me. He took the time to answer all of my questions (I had a lot) and put me at ease. Unrelated to Austin's customer service, the online portal is a little cumbersome and could use some alterations to make it easier (in my opinion) to navigate. Also, there were some oddities where the price of service fee changed at random by $1 more. Granted it's just a dollar but its the principle. Overall a good first time experience using this kind of service.

I had become very overwhelmed with credit card debt. I am a retired senior just living on Social Security and healing from brain surgery, so I can no longer drive. I am so glad that I contacted DebtHelper.com. The gentleman that I spoke with was very helpful and explained what the company could do for me. It only took a little work on my part to provide the information needed, and DebtHelper.com took over the rest. I feel a lot better now since I do not have to worry about credit card payments all the time. I am so glad that I finally contacted DebtHelper.com! It's one of the best decisions I ever made!

I have had a lot of support thus far from debthelper.com and I couldn’t be any more grateful. They explained everything very clearly from the start which makes all of it not so overwhelming or intimidating. I’m very happy I took this route vs. bankruptcy or settlement with the credit card co. I’m keeping my credit score in good shape while paying down my debts.
