Update: so far, reaching out to the email provided below has done nothing.

My withdrawal had a technical issue involving an incorrect account number. Two months went by with no one contacting me to alert me of a problem. When I noticed my statements weren’t showing deposits I called and this has been unresolved for about one month. My money seems to be floating somewhere in the unknown. Two months after I sign their documents I also found out that the credit card company isn’t allowing third party support through MMI, which should have also been disclosed much sooner.

This has been disappointing and a headache and every time I call and speak with a manager I hear “this has been forwarded to research already and I will escalate it again.”

My credit is going to suffer as a result.

Dont call this company …let the credit card go late a month and that ….. just call your credit card directly after that …..this company will let you accounts go late many months ,account in MMI will show creditors no answered pending …and they will never call creditors or do something ….your credit will be horrible….i called cc direct and they erased late fees and late payments my credit report now showing payment current ….for a 10,000 card im paying $200 a month and for a $7000… $100 a month ….about $75 less a month of what this jokers were taking from me……

I spent approximately 40 minutes on the phone explaining my hardship and my current situation. At the end of the call, I was provided with phone numbers and resources that I could have easily found myself online. I contacted your company because I genuinely believed I would receive guidance or assistance with finding a solution to my situation. Unfortunately, I left the conversation feeling like my time was wasted and that I was no closer to receiving meaningful help.

I was with a different company and they wasn’t making my payments but I was sending them money. So I found Money management and let me tell you they did an awesome job helping and working with me. If I need them again, they would be the ones I go see their great people to work with thank you so much.

I definitely believe this company is racist I have a outstanding resume and my work experience and skills speak for themselves I know I was more qualified than most people and all of a sudden my qualifications don’t align with the job

I had a really great experience with MMI. The entire debt management process was smooth, easy, and much faster than I expected. I've entered the agreement with MMI as of July 2025 for 5 years plan. Then as of December 2025, my account was stopped getting service. When I called to check, I was informed that my account was suspended for no reasons. I never wrote to request for account cancellation nor asking for any adjustments. When I first signed on, it was more of a sale pitch, trying to get my service, then when I signed in, I was dropped like nothing mattered. Then, no one at MMI could explain to me why and how my account got suspended. And finally, someone said the reason was due to non-payment, which was completely nonsense, since it was the same account that MMI withdrew the funds from, without any issues for months.

Now, I am left scrambling with my debts that should have been taken care of. I was ''advised'' to re-open the account, by starting from scratch. That was a lot of work to put in, and I couldn't trust anyone at MMI could really solve my issues. I came to MMI seeking for assistance, not for suspension without a really valid reason.

MMI has been my saving grace. They are never judgemental and always kind and knowledgeable. You will not regret working with them.

When I started I was drowning in debt. 44000 of it. MMI created a budget which was still tight but manageable. My interest rates were significantly dropped. I think my highest was 12%. It took a while but I finally paid it all off. What a relief. My credit never really took a hit. My only advice is to make sure you change your payment due date far enough out to allow time for MMI to collect their payment and distribute it.

Legitimate and incredibly helpful organization! I was badly in need of a way out of credit card debt (it literally kept me awake at night with worry), and Money Management International worked with me and my creditors to come up with monthly payments we could all live with. I’d been skeptical of companies claiming to rid you of your debt and expected this to be a scam or at the very least, expensive. But the single monthly payment was incredibly manageable, and it allowed me to pay off my balances about two years early! I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking to ease their worries about credit card debt. Their help was life-changing!

If you're struggling to make your monthly payments with your creditors, and have struggled to get into contact with them to negotiate, just bite and sign up with MMI. It costs you nothing and the resources are endless and life-changing. I cannot thank MMI enough for getting me out of debt faster than I ever could have done myself. I am eternally grateful for the services that you've provided me, and I'm sure to recommend you to everyone I can. I never had an issue getting into contact with their help if I had a question or issue, and making my monthly payments was so easy on the website. Again, if you've even thought about reaching out to MMI, just do it! You'll thank yourself in a few years!

If I could zero stars I would they managed our account since last year, and over 5k from our account and only paid out $1000 a year later, in the time a judgement was place against me from AMEX every time I tried to call it was nothing but the runaround, WALK AWAY HANDLE YOUR OWN DEBT THIS COMPANY IS A RIPOFF

It was suggested by my bank advisor , when I was having hard time to pay off my credit cards , and it was so easy to sign up . My MM advisor helped me a lot and explained the process and worked with me . It took me some time but I am debt free thanks to them . I highly recommend their services .
