Deca does not care for anyone but themselfs. They turn games into a moneypit !! They don't make the games better but worse. Its one of the worst companies in games that i ever seen. No bug fixing no communication and no support.

Customer service is very slow. Deca cares more about profits than putting out a decent product.

The only thing Deca Games can do is kill games. The only thing they work for is money. Not for the community.

The Support is lacking to say the least.
Mistakes happen, but this company. We make mistake we give as compensation a fix. Not immidiantly and not 1st try. But 1 week later.

Iv been playing unkilled since 2018 and really got in to playing it,Unfortunately MFG sold Unkilled to deca and it's been downhill ever since,In game purchases have more than doubled,I now get spammed with random ads,Even though iv spent real money and shouldn't be,And then they disabled multiplayer for 5 months now and dont give any updates on whats going on and when its going to be reinstated,Their customer service (I cringe having to call it 'service')Just fobes you off and doesn't help,Iv read other reviews saying deca is greedy and they destroy any game they get their hands on and I have to agree,I wish I hadn't spent so much money and time on unkilled now,If deca takes control of the game you play,leave it straight away,Thats what I should of done!! Terrible company 😡

I am being harassed in a game I've played since launch, 'Underworld Empire'. I've spent over $7,500 in the last few months alone. Your customer support agents and developers are allowing one player to continue using a known glitch to do this. They've ignored me repeatedly. They have insulted me with copy paste phrases intended for a player who just downloaded the game. They are feigning ignorance to support harassment. A direct violation of your terms of service.

Upon looking lower there is another user with the exact circumstance from another game. Moderators and developers become friends with people who enjoy obsessively harassing others. One moderator in particular is "Jams" who repeatedly has been shown to be corrupt as he is an active player who benefits from being friends with certain people.

Over 13 years of loyalty, far too much money to justify. All of that ruined by someone who buys and sells accounts, shares accounts, sells services, and actively harasses people while being applauded by the team. The person in particular harassing me won a contest for a character design (from a very low quality nonsense AI prompt). It has become his online persona and just shows how far this game has fallen under DECA games.

Ironically a solely profit driven company cannot comprehend to intervene when one person spending more is being harassed by a manipulative community member who has not placed anywhere near the top in any recent events.

DECA is one horrible, sloppy, greedy and AWFUL company. Their motto is "breathing life into old games" WHAT A JOKE! They killed Zombie Catchers! Millions of fans are begging for new levels, or anything new at this point, but they keep ignoring them. One big screw you to the fans I guess! Screw you DECA, you are worthless!

I’m a returning player after about eight years, and while the game still has its nostalgic charm, there hasn’t been much new content since then mostly limited-time events and a few new customization options. The core gameplay remains largely the same, which can be enjoyable if you still like its original style. However, the community experience has become disappointing. The atmosphere now feels built on projection, sarcasm, and subtle harassment especially toward players who try to trade or express themselves differently.

“I’ve been seeing you reduce the price on these since yesterday, it’s funny how no one wants that terrible device.”followed by attempts to frame that insult as humor or “no slight intended.”

On the official Discord, players from non-Western regions or those who use different words or phrasing become targets of mockery. Copy-pasta harassment and group targeting happen regularly, with moderators rarely stepping in effectively because of less awareness or being one lensed. Some members who are recognized as “contributors” or have close ties with moderators seem to enjoy special treatment, calling others “trolls” while projecting their own behavior. This creates a culture where genuine players who try to participate or joke harmlessly are mislabeled and dismissed. There are kind and helpful players, but many of them have become cautious and quiet because of bad experiences. I’ve personally spoken with more than ten players, at least six directly who told me the same thing: “Don’t engage with the Champions Online Discord community; it’s terrible.” Unfortunately, I now understand why they said that.

I recommend the game for its creative character design and nostalgic fun.

I do not recommend engaging with the community or moderators, especially in the official Discord. The environment is dominated by older, attention-seeking personalities who thrive on validation and control discussions, leaving little room for healthy or respectful communication.This review reflects my genuine experience and that of several others who’ve gone through the same. Champions Online is still enjoyable as a game, but the community culture surrounding it has lost the spirit that once made it welcoming.

Ich hatte ein im Game Zusatzpaket (DECA TWD) über appcharge.com erworben und mit Klarna bezahlt.

Das Geld wurde mir von Klarna abgebucht, aber erhalten habe ich es nicht.

Der Kontakt mit DECA ignorierte meine Anfragen. Ich nahm Kontakt zu Appcharge auf. Dort wurde mir bestätigt das ich das bezahlte Paket nicht erhalten habe. Erstattet wurde mir bis heute (nach ca. 4 Wochen) nichts. Auch eine nachträgliche Zusendung des gekauften Paketes wurde nicht vorgenommen.

Keine Antworten auf meine Anfragen bei DECA und Appcharge.

Die Zahlungen bei DECA, über Secure Xsolla, liefen immer seriös und problemlos ab. Nie wurden Spieler betrogen.

Deca games is an astonishingly terrible company. They within the last year took over star trek online, An already failing game do to poor support and another awful company. In the approximately 9-10 months they've been in charge absolutely nothing has been fixed. Constant in game issues and bugs that they claim they're working on but instead we only get absurdly overpriced in game items that in many cases you don't even receive after paying real money for. The support team is hands down the worst I've ever had the unfortunate experience of dealing with. This company is criminally bad and only has interest in stealing from its paying customers. There needs to be a company that monitors these kind of scammers and thieves. If you ever see a product with there name on it, do yourselves a favor and stay away from it. Avoid the headaches of being robbed and ripped off the ln talked down to and brushed off by the worst support team in human history.

I bought a limited-time bundle (Special Event Bundle X) on July 2nd, 2025 via Epic Games for The Walking Dead: No Man’s Land. Despite providing full proof of purchase, my account ID, and multiple follow-ups with DECA support, I never received the bundle.

Their support team (Ramiru and Atom) just keeps stalling with vague replies like “we’re investigating,” without resolving anything — even after over two weeks.

What’s worse: the bundle was a one-time offer that won’t return. Even if they refund me now, I lost the chance to get what I paid for.

I’ve made purchases before with no issues, but this ruined my trust in the company. Meanwhile, they keep launching updates like nothing is wrong.

I strongly advise against spending money on this game or trusting DECA’s support.

Well had many bad experiences with them, First of all the times I had to contact their support were more than I had to contact any other ownership in the 15 yrs I ve been playing Castle age,as they tend to make things that don't work, and they don't know how to fix them either.Money grabbing poorly designed events is all they do, while every other part of the game collapses.But winning against someone in a tournament twice, lose none , and still come second, was the drop that overflowed the tank for me Guess I should thank them for making me quit a 15 year addiction.

Deca sucks! I played castle age and their support is incompetent and pretty much don’t want to fix anything on the game. They’ve lost thousands of players because they won’t fix the game, instead they add new stuff that costs money.

No upgrades,60 second ads don't bother with group,they only want your money,they steal from you,it's that simple,I did play zombie catchers,I asked about up grades,typical of these people they only lie about that,I was told thats top secret,hahaha

Awful. I play Castle Age. I spend a little when I can. They recently updated an event by adding new features. They withdrew all of the drops from this event saying it glitched and gave out more than it should. I used favor points to play the event and they shave taken the drops I used favor points for as well as the free drops. They won’t credit back the drops or the favor points. Basically as I see it they’ve stolen my money. Also the game never works properly. The guild battles are a nightmare to get into especially when they are introducing a new event, something that happens on a regular basis now because they can fleece people by getting them to buy more favor points. Some players have hacked the game for better gens, use scripts for battling to ensure a win or bots to level their accounts. Deca do nothing about this despite knowing who the accounts are. I started playing this game in 2009 but considering stopping and using my little bit of entertainment money elsewhere.

One star is generous. The support team if you can call them that are absolutely rediculous. Require purchase history to reset a password as the auto emailing function isn’t working. Even though I told them I no longer have the bank account. They cannot manually send a reset password email to the associated address on the account.

So in game to reset I need to provide a username and email makes sense?

All reviews are correct, absolutely useless. Never respond and literally make games worse!!!!

One of the worst companies ever. They basically buy games to kill them. They bought Celtic Heroes which used to be a decent enjoyable game, and turned it into trash from day one. A lot of bugs, roll backs, log in issues, recycled events, no new contents in years except tons of bugs, and the seem to be really focused only on payments. They troll people, promise contents that will never happen, and when they decide to begin an event, systematically that event doesn't work. If they do a double experience event, right after the event they roll back the whole game to before the event started. They support is basically not existing either. I hope they won't ever take over the game you are playing cause that'll be the end of it. Scammers

If this company recently acquired the game you play and enjoy, do yourself a favor and quit the game immediately. Don’t let this group of morons and liars torture you as they slowly and steadily ruin the game until it’s unplayable.
This company took over Call Me a Legend, and from day one it’s been login failures, content failure and even over a year or two later they still don’t have any clue what the game is about or how it works; their stupidity is remarkable. On top of that they promised to speed the game up when I’m fact it take 20x longer now to do the same things than it did before they took over. Any hedge fund manager that even considers a proposal from these clowns should be institutionalized. It’s hard to believe a group of people could be so consistently wrong in every decision they make which makes me think that the CEO makes all the decisions, and if so, I would wager a group of first graders could do a better job than he does by a mile. He has destroyed this particular game and no doubt he’s done the same to many others. Don’t fund these morons and if you play their games don’t send them a penny as their ineptitude will surely lead them to bankruptcy sooner than later at which point I say good riddance!
