Packaging
Everything was perfect except for the John Walker and Sons XR 21 box.
The box was slightly damaged.
The package was a gift for my Dad, and he isn't concerned about the minor damage of the packaging, but as I collect action figures it was noticeable to me.
Other than that I am completely satisfied.

Thanks Yolanda. Getting rare bottles across the country in one piece is something we work hard on, so it's good to know the packaging and courier did their job. Cheers.

Always good to see your name come through again, Sheldon. Thank you for the continued trust, it means a lot in a business built on it. See you on the next order.
Snail mail...
Paid for 1-2 Business Days Express National Delivery (1-2 Bottles) shipping when I placed my order on Tuesday, 25 August 2026 and I am yet to receive the product that I purchased 6 days later.
Not sure how this service can be called "Express". You should not offer a service that you can not deliver on!!

Hi John, thanks for taking the time to leave this and apologies again for the wait. You paid for express delivery and didn't get it, which is on us regardless of where the hold-up sat. There was a delay on the courier's side that week and we should have picked it up and let you know sooner rather than leaving you to chase.
Glad we managed to speak and get it sorted, and we hope the coupon goes some way to making up for the frustration. We've also raised it with the courier so it doesn't repeat.
If anything else comes up, reach out to us directly on WhatsApp or email and we'll handle it straight away.
