Decanter Liquor Reviews

Brilliant service and most efficient delivery. Angelo and Jane were amazing. Thank you both.

On time and as expected

Excellent choices, fair pricing, speedy deliveries, well packed.

A great service from Decanter! Quick and effortless👌
Even when there was a mistake (which happens, we are only human in the end) they sorted it out without delay and very efficiently!

Quick service, great price, quick delivery, just easy.

Excellent no issues service was prompt and i got my whisky delivered as ordered

The quick delivery really impressed me, thanks

I ordered a bottle of whiskey as a gift and on delivery the cap of the bottle was damaged in transit. I reported it and it was rectified immediately! A new bottle was delivered on the same day without any extra cost. Angelo was extremely helpful arranged for a new bottle to be delivered. Thank you for your speedy response!

Very quick and reliable

Jared has been incredibly helpful from the moment I arrived at the store until the package was successfully delivered. His professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to assist made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. The level of service provided was truly exceptional—efficient, friendly, and customer-focused. I was especially impressed with how quickly my order was processed and delivered—receiving my package within just one day of placing the order exceeded my expectations! Thank you, Decanter Liquor, for your outstanding service and dedication to customer satisfaction. I will definitely be returning for future purchases!

Delivery and payment was easy and quick!
Thank you

I ordered the Springfield Work of Time 2012 vintage, which was listed as available on the website. However, I was sent the 2018 vintage instead, with no explanation for the substitution. I reached out to address the issue, but nothing was done to resolve it. As any wine enthusiast knows, vintage years can make a significant difference, and this was a major disappointment. This was my first purchase with them, and unfortunately, it will likely be my last. I'm still very shocked at the silence re possibly fixing this. The strange thing is that website to this day still indicated stock available! Not impressed with their service at all!

Service was great just disappointed the box was damaged.

Delivery was quick, the shopping experience was seamless and the follow up communication was professional. Our only suggestion would be for the whisky to be delivered in a box, rather than in bubble wrap in a plastic bag - especially if it is an expensive product.

Very good service amd and fast delivery

Constant communication about the delivery.

Quick and efficient
Great variety of stock

Top rate service

I was a little nervous initially because there was a challenge with the payment through the online payment portal. However, the parcel was literally dispatched the very next day and received in Cape Town within 2 days. There was no waiting, no muss, no fuss. It was a pleasure and I will definitely buy from them again.
