Deco Dine Reviews

Really good customer service. I placed an order on Sunday and then needed the order cancelling so that I could reorder it with some more items. I got in touch via whataspp and the team got back to me within half an hour and cancelled the order. The order I then placed on Monday came on Tuesday. Well packaged and everything came as described. Fantastic service, speedy delivery and great prices! Will purchase from again and highly recommend. Thank you!

These people are very dishonest i would encourage people to serve them with lawsuits, imagine seeing an item advertised as normal with delivery just for days on after the delivery was expected and no show up no email no message only for them to respond a week later oh we are changing management .Very careless business place.Three times I have ordered from them and its chaos. AVOID!!!MY HONEST EXPERIENCE

Scam company, do not use. Aligned to all other negative reviews, decodine did not respond to my request for a refund and has been uncontactable on every occasion and through every channel. I have reported them to Trading Standards for operating an unfair consumer business with no recourse to refund and carried out a section 75 claim to attempt further at refunding considerable money lost. This company does not deserve to operate and must be boycotted through every means possible. As a regulator, I will not stop until they are out of business and will be observing their accounts for other indicators of fraud, which they are committing by unlawfully retaining customer money with no communication. Do not use under any circumstances.

Ordered some disposable plates total of £55 in June 2025 for an event, plates were not right size so returned them. They received my package but have not refunded me still till this day and we are now in October 2025. I have tried to contact the company numerous times via email and telephone and have had no response. Absolutely disgusting to have a company who do not refund people’s money. Do not buy from them

I purchased some products two weeks ago for my work. After waiting a whole week with no dispatch confirmation or update on my order, I tried contacting the company several times through all the channels they specify. To this day, I have not received a single response. Now, two weeks later, they have sent me emails cancelling my order. Absolutely terrible service. No communication whatsoever.

I ordered 2 x200 sets of hard plastic dinner plates worth £150 in total. The order was delivered within 1week...Good.
However upon inspection, the size will not be suitable for my needs. Within 2 days of receipt, I sent an email to their customer service to request returns label as per their website instructions.
It's been silence ever since!
Their phone number does not work but its active on WhatsApp. I have sent multiple msgs via WhatsApp and email and their website contact form. NOTHING from Deco Dine apart from an auto msg to say they will respond during working hours.
They give you 14days to return, but they will not communicate or reply to returns request.
This is highly unacceptable! They are not honouring their returns process. What do I do with their unsuitable goods?
Not a company I would use again or recommend.

Nightmare of a company ordered about £100 worth of goods from then and still waiting for £60 to be sent. Contacted them multiple times and now being ignored. They won’t answer email or their phone

Very patient and highly competent

Apologies All
The previous review was for a different company.
I have tried making contacts to Decodine but to no avail. Im even lucky my goods were delivered promptly but they were not true to size. I have tried contacting them to no avail. I am still chasing up with emails. I really feel disappointed as the items are here with me due to no response.
Unfortunately I will not recommend

The ordered items were carefully and thoughtfully packed in the box. And the delivery was fast, as I got my orders delivered the next day. I would recommend Deco Dine to friends and families.
