Took ages to ship. MagSafe wallet magnets started falling out after 2 months. The customer support is either the worst AI in the world or completely unintelligent. Impossible to have a conversation with them and request any compensation.

TLDR: You will probably wait forever to actually get your cases (for me it took 12 days for my order to get shipped, 9 days of shipping, 21 days total). I think the cases themselves are great, and in my personal opinion, not dropshipped. If you like anything you see, I’d encourage you to get it if there’s a sale, just be weary of shipping times.

I ordered 3 phone cases from their art museum series after seeing an instagram ad because I thought they looked beautiful (and they had a 3 for 30% off deal).

I placed the order on December 18th 2025. The website said they would take 2-4 business days to ship out and I didn’t hear anything back, so I emailed them on December 23rd asking about the order. They replied the same day saying it would ship out in 1-2 business days from that point (which didn’t happen) and they were currently very busy with orders (which I found was a common excuse with many of the reviews I’ve seen here). I decided I would wait a maximum of two weeks after my order was placed before following up if they hadn’t shipped it by then. They finally shipped it on December 30th, 2 days before I would have followed up and 12 days after I placed the order which was pretty disappointing.

As for shipping, you can track your orders using the shop app, but I think they may have used a strange carrier or something since I found it working strangely. I found that the location of my package was updated very slowly. The app told me my package was in customs in my country, but it still showed its location as China. I’ve tracked many packages using the shop app and I haven’t had any issues until now, so this was strange. The order arrived on January 8th 2026, so I had to wait a total of 21 days to get my order.

The main reason I gave them 3 stars even when being pretty negative up to this point is that I was pretty happy with the actual cases I received. They looked exactly like the pictures, had decently strong MagSafe magnets, and looked to have decent protection (though I haven’t dropped my phone yet to test that). One small thing is there was one minuscule dent on 2 of the cases which I think are inconsistencies from a resin pour. It’s basically unnoticeable since a light needs to shine directly on the case to actually see it. Another thing that may bother some people is that I found the buttons a bit wobbly, but I’d personally prefer that in comparison to buttons that are hard to press.

The packaging for each case is a pretty generic box with minimal branding. Each case is protected with a styrofoam piece where your phone would be and a plastic covering to protect its back.

A lot of people here are under the impression that these are dropshipped cases, and at least the ones I got (art museum series) seemed unique and I’ve never seen anything like them anywhere else on the internet. Before ordering I even reverse image searched the cases to check if they were dropshipped and I found nothing, so do what you will with that information.

I ordered a phone case and an airpods case. After many emails I finally got a tracking number (I had to insist a lot to get it) that never had updates. Today I got an email that my package got “lost” (yeah, sure) and that I should withdraw my chargeback in order to get the package (which I’ll never get). They just steal your money and you never get any of the products, you also have to “menace” them to get a tracking number from them, which is probably a fake one as it never updates its info.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE, THEY’LL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND YOU’LL NEVER RECEIVE ANYTHING.

I want to share my experience so others can make an informed decision before buying from Decone.net.

I ordered a phone case expecting a premium, high-quality, branded product as shown on their website. What I received was nothing like the photos. The case arrived unbranded in cheap, generic packaging directly from China, which instantly felt like a dropshipped AliExpress item sold at a huge markup.

The quality does not match the price point or the marketing claims. The materials feel low-end, and the product looks completely different from the sleek, luxury product images advertised online. This was misleading advertising in my experience.

When I contacted customer support, the return policy was extremely limited and not consumer-friendly. They do not offer easy returns or refunds, especially considering the product wasn’t as described. For the price they charge, I expected a legitimate branded product, proper packaging, and quality control — none of which matched what I received.

Not recommending this shop based on my experience.
I hope this helps future customers avoid disappointment.

I like the look of this case, got the same one for my Iphone 17.

Very long delivery, took 3 weeks to deliver saying "many people are buying" which doesn't really seem real. Cases felt really cheap and isn't fit for the price they are selling at. Not worth buying - not worth the price they are selling at all. Would not recommend, I bought the gradient variation, bought 2 of them because there was a promotion and also the wallet. The wallet magsafe was not strong at all and used cheap products to make, very unsatisfactory.

I have to say that I didnt trust this shop when I read the reviews but I tried it anyway and I’m glad I did. All the reviews here are at least 2 years old and not relevant at all. Everything ordered arrived in perfect condition and it didnt take that long. I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend this shop.

About the phone case, I really love the items. It has the same designs as advertised on the website. I do like the materials used too. It looks good. I hope these could be used for a long time. I'm already looking forward to purchasing more cases in the future. Bought 3 cases, now using one and I love it!

It was my first time to buy Decone's protective case and screen protector. When I received the goods, I found that some of the products were damaged. The seller responded quickly and helped me deal with related matters. It's a great store and a good seller. I will definitely buy again.

It took some time for the cases to arrive (about a month) but everything was received.
The cases are of mediocre quality silicone and include a silicone band.
The design and colors are pretty good actually with minor failures on small details.
The cases are not magsafe even though it says that they are. Got 3 cases and unfortunately both my magsafe charger and powerbank do not work on any case.
Given the price of the cases I would expect something better.

TERRIBLE PRODUCTS. They don't look like the images online. The laptop case I purchased looked great online and when it came the image on it was all pixelated and at a poor resolution. To return the product you have to pay for shipping yourself which is international and costs more than it is worth. When I complained I was told that I could pay $13 and choose a different product. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Case took almost a month to show up, and now that it’s finally arrived, I open it and see that the color is WAY different than what was pictured online AND the case doesn’t even fit despite that the size I ordered matches up with my phone! I took a chance on the brand because the case design is unique and looks well built. But it’s super thin and flimsy, the camera cover is not as thick as pictured, and there’s branding on the inside saying “My Choice” which I’m assuming is some cheap chinese phone case maker.

These guys are a scam!! I ordered a tempered glass iPhone case and never received the item. Four weeks has passed and no tracking information was updated in 21 days. I asked about my item and they stated that the item was sent. They even had USPS tracking in the states and it was canceled because they never got the item to deliver. Stay away from these guys!!!

cheap looking, just printed on the back, colour does not go around the sides as pictures make out.
I’m not really convinced it will even protect my phone. Very disappointing. Can get better quality at pound shop

Covering started to peel off the iphone case after 1 week and it also took 5 weeks to arrive from China.
Very poor products and very poor customer service.
