Advertises on their website, "All GRAFFITIBOX cases are compatible with wireless charging, and your phone can be charged wirelessly while case is being worn phone.

Then, I received it and it doesn't. Have asked for a refund and they are unwilling to.

I am not happy to give 1 star… if 0 was possible it was 0. Shipment takes more then a month and the quality is very bad. They sent a new case, but it is fully damaged within 2 days…. Same as the first case. Now I want my money back, but need to send the case back to F China…. Bad bad bad service. Worst of all. “But they are sorry” yeah right.

Die Qualität der Hüllen ist Schrott. Nach nur einem Tag war sie Kaputt. Der Support hatte mir eine Nachlieferung gesendet - ich habe ein anderes Modell ausgesucht. Dieses ist so billig verarbeitet und fällt ebenfalls nach kurzer Zeit auseinander.

If you’re thinking about buying a case from them please don’t.

This a scam, I saw and ad on Instagram and made the mistake to not read reviews just went ahead and bought the phone case. I choose a grass purple iPhone case with a glass back, that’s not what I got. When I opened the case the bumper of the case was scratched in several places and the "glass" back of the case was not glass but plastic, the camera part came severely scratched, and the "glass" effect was just a bad impression. They advertise their product with AI images and worst of all if you put a photo of the product on SHEIN you can get the same for 2€

I contacted them several times asking for a refund, sharing pictures and videos and they refused to fix the issue. They offered me a refund of 3,99€ for an order of almost 30€

So yeah this people are scammers.

Do not buy any products from this seller. I purchased a phone case that had a metal apple logo come off and slice my finger.

They are now not offering a refund or a replacement!

Expect a poor quality product and even worse customer service!

Ma questi veramente ancora esistono? È tutta una facciata..ho ordinato cover per l'iPhone e Wallet in pelle Leather e mi è arrivata cosa che puzza e sa d'odore..ma che schifo è? Come fanno a dire che una cosa in pelle è di plastica..oltretutto l'ho aspettata un sacco, per ritrovarmi del prodotti neanche a marchio Graffittibox, ma dei semplici Packagin Cinesi. Vergognatevi

Very poor quality phone cases, asked for a refund and all they said is can send a replacement, received the replacement for that one to be faulty as well got back in touch with them and now saying there’s nothing they can do as they have already applied for a replacement for me, I don’t want anymore replacements I would like a refund as the cases are not cheap in price but are very cheap in quality and looking at the rest of the reviews this isn’t just a 1 off

Eine Hülle 27€ für die Tonne. Erstens wird der Verbraucher total getäuscht. In den Prduktbildern wird angegeben das in der Hülle ein Magnet sei, auch in den Punkten unter den Bildern wird aufgezählt "magnet". Tja, ihr müsst aber weiter nach unter scrollen und erstmal auswählen ob ihr die "Standart" Hülle möchtet oder eine mit Magnet. Ja lol. Also meine Hülle ohne Magnet kam dann an, Billig bedruckte Hülle, sieht nicht annähernd so schön wie auf den Fotos aus. Hab den Support kontaktiert. Wollten nochmal geld für ne Hülle mit Magnet. Nee ich will garnix mehr. Reicht das ich mein Geld aus dem Fenster geworfen habe für eine Hülle die bei Aliexpress wahrscheinlich 3€ kostet! Nie wieder!

Don’t… It’s a scam. I order 4 phone cases, beautiful phone case on their web site, I well received the cases but the color are so fade and doesn’t at all look bright like the photo on their website and the impression quality, baaad

Wrong screen protector, phone case is poor quality and I don't want to risk putting such an expensive phone in the case especially since I cannot use the screen protector they sent.
Haven't even bothered looking at the pop socket or the wireless charger.
3 and a bit weeks for delivery.
Company needs to spend more on their products and less on fancy social media campaigning.
Wish I had looked at reviews before buying.

Avoid - drop shippers from China, poor quality products fall apart after 3 days & refuse refunds. The reviews speak for themselves

Not the best quality. My order came after one month. When I came in contact with them to cancel my order they told me that they already sent my order and couldn’t receive a refund. Reality is they send it 9 days ago and today I picked up my order. It seems to be a classic mobile phone case with printed out the pattern.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FYOM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a phone case on 1st Jan this year. The item never arrived. I then get an email with a damage certificate from the courier saying that the item was damaged in transit. Graffittibox still haven’t issued a refund. They are total cowboys!!!!!! Steer clear and DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FYOM THIS COMPANY. Order no. 28686

The worst company to deal with and refuse to accept returns meaning you can’t get money back for abysmal quality item. If I could rate it -5 I would.

Took 3 weeks to receive my order when finally received 2 of the items are for the wrong phone and others poor quality 😒 I would also rate 0 if it was an option! Please read reviews before ordering with them!! I wish I did! Shocking they can get away with it

I’m pretty sure they sent me someone else’s return… it’s all scratched up.

Also erst das Positive: Die Übersicht auf der Webseite ist gut und der Versand war auch schnell. Nun zum Negativen: Die Hülle fühlt sich zwar gut an, aber man merkt, dass es nicht starke Magneten sind (wurde mit dem Magneten von einer Rhinoshield-Hülle getestet) und man hat das Gefühl, dass es billiges Plastik ist, aber das Leder fühlt sich gut an.

The website falsely advertises a photo of a phone case. It came in different condition. I took a screen recording of everything showing customer service and they denied and refused to accept the return unless I paid to ship back to CHINA, which costs more than the case. The return policy says “returns are easy” My other return options were $3 or $6 credit to the website, which after this awful experience I’d never buy from again.
