I ordered the item online. I had trouble finding it anywhere. Soon after I ordered it I was told it was not in stock but they would order it and let me know when it shipped. I truly did not believe I would get the item. I expected to be told it was discontinued or something. Also, I figured since they had to order it that it was probably going to be more expensive and I'd get a message that the price went up. But I was pleasantly surprised when I got the message that they were sending it. I received it and it's exactly what I wanted.

After placing the order, I received the confirmation and shipping notification. However, FedEx provided incorrect information regarding the shipping destination, which caused some confusion. Aside from that issue, everything else was handled well.

I still haven’t received the item. I bought it online and then a week later I received an email that it is on back order. I would not have bought it if your company didn’t even have it.

After waiting a week after ordering new vent fans, received an e-mail saying no longer available. I did receive a refund though.

Owner called me back personally to work out the logistics of shipping the part to me quickly, and he followed through, as promised. I received my brand new Toto flush valve in perfect condition and on time! Great price too, the lowest of all around, for Toto replacements.

Second order. Both handled perfectly. Wish I could say the same about all companies I do business with.

Had what I needed. Well-priced.

They were great letting me know the item ordered was out of stock in their warehouse, but that they claimed the last one at the manufacturer. The towel ring arrived about 1 week from the original order date. Couldn't be happier with the communication, the effort they made to complere the order, and the price. Recommend them highly and will be back for any future needs.

I ordered two items and you sent me one of the wrong item. I tried to email the email address on the invoice and it rejected. I tried calling the 1-800 number and it is out of service. I left a message on direct phone number I found on the internet and no one returned my call. I would not order anything from them again
