Good quality bed, bad delivery and assembly

The bed is great and I am really pleased with the quality of it. However, I an not so happy with the team who delivered and assembled it. I had recently had my whole flat decorated with new carpets etc. That were not careful at all and as a result marked all my walls. Luckily my decorator still had some paint left and cane back to touch up the walls.

Great purchase

I had a great experience buying my bed frame. It was delivered and assembled perfectly. The quality and design are great.
Would highly recommend.

Amazing bed and great customer service

This 5 star review is for the company and not the delivery team, who were contractors and not employees.

Although we had a few issues with the delivery team, Deeplay handled it with great care and attention, resolved my complaint immediately and were incredibly polite and professional when discussing things over the phone.

The bed itself was super easy to assemble, has a real premium quality and the mattress is super comfy. For the price I can't fault it or Deeplay. Definitely recommend.

I needed help with the headboard for my…

I needed help with the headboard for my bed and was confused about the sizes, but the customer service team was amazing. They guided me through the process and helped me find the right size. From start to finish, their support was excellent and they were always available when I needed them. The prices are also very reasonable. Overall, I’m really happy with their service!

Quality Experience
