This 5 star review is for the company and not the delivery team, who were contractors and not employees.

Although we had a few issues with the delivery team, Deeplay handled it with great care and attention, resolved my complaint immediately and were incredibly polite and professional when discussing things over the phone.

The bed itself was super easy to assemble, has a real premium quality and the mattress is super comfy. For the price I can't fault it or Deeplay. Definitely recommend.

I needed help with the headboard for my bed and was confused about the sizes, but the customer service team was amazing. They guided me through the process and helped me find the right size. From start to finish, their support was excellent and they were always available when I needed them. The prices are also very reasonable. Overall, I’m really happy with their service!

The company delivered it in 2 days of ordering, the bed is amazing literally looks like a princess bed, it’s a bit high up which gives it that fairytale vibe. Assembly was pretty straightforward. 10/10 will definitely get more furniture from here again.

Very nice deliverer, even we are little late to collect the parcel, the two gentlemen offered to wait for our arrival. They’ve carefully taken care of our furniture and kindly delivered it to our according room. The service is really nice and they really helped us a lot for the whole delivery process.
