I ordered my Deer Run Walking Pad on a Thursday and received it on Saturday! Super fast shipping. I work remote and sit at a desk all day. I try to get up on my breaks and walk around the pool but it wasn't quiet cutting it. My walking pad is great! Seems sturdy. I've been using it for 2 days now and I'm finally meeting my steps goal, which I haven't done in a long time!!!

Ordering was easy

Ordering was easy. The product was as marketed. Love the colors of the Z10 and it works great! (Be patient when the box arrives as it took me about 20 min to unbox it on my own.)

Cheap Junk machine, dishonest customer service

I purchased a treadmill Nov 12, 2025. I purchased the Z20 folding model to use for brief walking sessions during meetings because I work remote. I used the treadmill 15 times for no more than 1 hour at a time and no faster than 2.2 mph because I was afraid using it longer would overheat the motor. I observed all proper lubrication and adjustment steps as indicated by the manufacturer. On April 1, 2026 while in use the treadmill came to a violent halt and almost threw me into the rear wall. Smoke was coming out of the plastic housing (I assume from the motor) and now the belt does not move at all. Customer service has been apologetic but I still have yet to receive a refund and we are pushing 2 weeks now. It does not take that long to give me my money back for this defective unit!

Warning ⚠️ Part 2...Deerrun offered to refund my money yet again sighting because of my review. They decided to not refund me for shipping. I asked how do you charge me for shipping when you NEVER shipped the item to me? The answer, oh we didn't know and will make a note to refund to you. Seriously, it says I never received the item nor was it shipped to me on the account. Goodluck everyone. I would not chance it with this company.

So my wife and I purchased our treadmil less than 60 days ago and as of this moment it no longer works it started to fail 2 weeks I to ownership keep getting the er-1 error code contacted deerrun customer service who to there credit without any argument said they would either refund us our money or send us a new unit which is great but the issue is we're out the time and energy spent trying to get this all done and now have to get ride of a broken treadmil and wait to find a replacement in the middle of trying to loose weight and get healthy it's very disappointing that the product turned out to be so bad

Easy purchase

I saw the product on IG and became curious about it and its features. Next thing I know its in my living room doing everything it says it does. Its great.

Very easy process!

Very easy process! I really am so happy with the treadmill so far. It's been almost a week. The set up had a little hiccup, but the customer service was amazing.

DO NOT BUY

I haven’t had it a month I’m going and it’s broken says it holds 350 lbs and I’m 255 lbs and the belt slides when I get on it and customer service is horrible they won’t return it and offered me $20 for the treadmill because I don’t have the original packaging really who keeps a huge box in there apartment I was so excited to get this treadmill and it was not worth the purchase I have been going back and forth with customer service through emails all day and it’s always someone different and each one says something different they need to get there return policies down and on the same page do not buy from them they can keep there $20 they offered me for the treadmill DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!

short walking space

I've had my Z10 walking paid for a few days and am considering returning it. The instructions to increase the incline don't seem to work, I end up just pushing buttons and eventually it starts to move. I am a shorter person 5'1" and I find the walking pad length to be short. The unit is very heavy to move around. The brand I had before, I would just lift it up and set it against the wall when I wasn't using it. This one is a struggle for me to lift it up

Treadmill broken

Treadmill broken, said was out of stock for a replacement. Im still waiting for my refund 3 weeks later and with over 45 emails!! Customer service do reply pretty quick but its the same repeated emails saying please be patient, or the refund is processing. I wanted to order another treadmill but I am put off completely now.

Bought with health FSA

I bought my deerrun walking pad using my health FSA. Deerrun made it super easy to get a letter of medical necessity. Deerrun partners with Truemed to get the letter of medical necessity. I was able to pay with my health FSA debit card on the Deerrun website. My walking pad shipped fast and was well packaged so that the walking pad suffered no damage during transport. My walking pad is such a huge upgrade. I love the 12% incline, it takes my walks to a whole other level. The walking pad remote has buttons for incline, speed, and on/off. The walking pad also has an app. I didnt like the app, but that is not a dealbreaker. Later my medical FSA provider Navia asked for the letter of medical necessity, and I was able to upload it to their website. The whole process was quick and easy. I would come back to deerrun in the future.

5* all around. For around $350 it's incredibly well built. I have the A1 Pro Elite. It's rated for I believe 400lbs (I'm 330 and 6'4") if your just doing some speed walking with or without incline it's incredibly nice. It came fully assembled. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a fast walk. I haven't maxed out the speed yet but it's long enough for shorter people to run on. The setup was so incredibly easy.

This item was collected and returned to you on 20th February
Its is now 30th March as still no sign of my refund.
I was promised on 27th Feb it would take 7-12 business days, promised again on 14th March it had been escalated and to wait another 7-12 business days. This expires today. I have called customer service this morning to complain. I'm expecting another email to ask me to wait another 7-12 business days.
Just please give me my money back its simple.
I have contacted the Citizens advise today and they have advised to contact the Financial Ombudsman.
Lets see if that gets us anywhere.

Terrible customer service

After a few months the remote stopped working. Rather than sending me a replacement they made me purchase a new remote. After 3 weeks I followed up and it had not even been shipped and they needed photos of the walking pad but never asked. It has since been 2 more weeks and the remote still has not shipped. Just abysmal customer service and a poor customer experience
