Customer service is exceptional - I was unhappy with the initial pair and they sent a replacement pair with the new updated insoles. I am very happy with the comfort of the shoe now, and that they followed through like they said they would with a new pair. I didn't want to ship them back to China, which is their return policy, so heads up there.

I am so thankful that I finally found a pair of tennis shoes that helps me, I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and for my job I walk a lot so this shoes are so comfortable, stylish and had helped me tremendously. Being wearing them for about 9 months or so

Love my DeFlorence shoes! Cute and comfy with a spacious toe box. Ordering was easy, the company kept me updated on the delivery schedule, and they arrived on time.

I have had a wonderful experience with Deflorance. After expressing a concern and feedback about my shoes they heard me and have gone above and beyond to make it right. Communication and responsiveness have been exceptional. I heartily recommend their product and their service.

My first pair of shoes I ordered I accidently clicked size4.5 instead of a size 8.5. I recieved my 4.5 quickly. Thats when I notice and checked my reciept that it was my fault. I contacted customer service they responded very quick and had a plan to help. It was amazing. My new 8.5 shoes are on there way. I just feel that most companies these days do not have the best customer service. This company is a rock star in customer service. Thats why I gave them 5 stars. Please keep doing what you are doing. Its really nice. I cant wait to wear these shoes at work. Im a Hairstylist on my feet all day and am so excited.

Revised review: After I left a one star review Deflorance reached back out. After several emails back and forth, they sent me a new pair of shoes at the correct size. I originally ordered two pairs so I'm still out $40 since they refunded me 15% of the second pair. The new pair of shoes is no where near as comfortable as the first pair that I bought a year ago. I purposely bought these shoes for the wide toe box since I have bunions. The original pair I bought was immediately comfortable and a perfect fit. This "new and improved 2.0" version is far less comfortable. At least they tried to make things right and once again I'll commend their prompt customer service responses.

Original review: Terrible return policy. Impossible to return. Shoes aren't sized correctly. Customer service responds quickly to emails but they attempt to get you to spend more money by providing a "discount."

My customer service agent, MANHOOR, was exceptional. He worked with me to change my shipping address and made the experience smooth and straightforward. I am so satisfied with the shoes, CLOUDEA 2.0 that I purchased a pair for my sister and a friend!

I have a pair of the white with multi colored striped 1.0’s and while they are comfortable now, for me they took a bit to break in which I did not expect. I was off to a feeling of meh with these. But they are cute, so there is that. I got a discount email to get a pair of 2.0’s. I always liked the black/blue color so I got them. I ordered them right after Thanksgiving. I knew shipping was a longer lead time than other companies but by week 3 I reached out for an update. Customer Service was super responsive. They gave me updates and explained why we had an issue. It was on the carrier side. Within a few days of back and forth updates regarding the shipping company, they reached out saying they were going to ship a new pair and ensure this pair arrived within days. If the initial pair arrived, just keep them as a thanks. A bit of disappointment they didn’t arrive when expected but it wasn’t their fault, they were responsive and provided unprompted answers to issues with another company and replaced them without even asking. Was the replacement pair the right thing to do? Absolutely. But in today’s world, it’s nice and refreshing for a company to do the right thing without an argument, pleading your case, or a snarky email. New pair of 2.0s have a different fit which is better than the 1.0s. They have more cushioning and a slightly bigger box toe. No need to break these in like to 1.0s.

Terrible customer service. If you have to return anything you are responsible for shipping costs back to China. Even though my shoe had a scuff on the toe - if I wanted a refund I had to pay shipping charges of approximately $38 to return to them. Do not recommend at all!

I looked for 10 stars, but 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ is all it will do. I ordered these at the beginning of December and they were WORTH THE WAIT!! Granted I had holidays between, but still! I ordered 2 pair, and WOW! I have coordinated my outfits around these shoes.
Aside from this, I did contact customer service and the expediency of this group = 🙌🏼 down SUPREME!
They were prompt, courteous, and resolved my issue so fast!! ✔️

The shipping was a little slower than expected. Overwhelmed with customer service, at first I wanted to exchange for a 1/2 bigger and when I looked for information it was impossible to find so I didn’t exchange.

The shoes sucked. Don't buy

Horrible company!! I have yet to receive my order in over 30 days. DO NOT SPEND MONEY WITH THEM!!

So comfortable! The only thing I would change is allowing a few holes for breathability.

I love everything about my new Cloudea 1.0 except the lack of cushion on the bottom. Will be changing them for the 2.0.
