Well i bought a controller got delivered and there was a rattle inside it like something snapped then i sent it back josh apparently fixed it but when it came back the problem was still there with the rattle on a 150 pound product this shouldnt be happening

Best controller
Prices for the quality you get is AMAZING. Especially because I had a discount code: SALTYYSAVAGE. The speed of delivery was waaaay better than average. Quality of the controller is amazing. Highly recommend the USB wire, it's sturdy and extra long!
Customer service team is great too, happy to help with any questions pre and post order!
I even had a couple of extra goodies with my order! Will definitely only buy my controllers from here now!

Custom PS5 dualsense controller-review
I received my custom PS5 dualsense controller on Monday. Delivery took less than two weeks. The controller looks great, feels high-quality, and works well. The paddles are amazing. I own several pro controllers (for PS4 and XSX), but this is my first custom controller. I have to admit, that this is the best so far. I only play Call of duty, so I can't comment on the functionality of the controller in other games, but at least in Call of duty the controller is great. Must recommend for PS5 owners. :)

Honestly, a solid choice
Honestly, I like this controller. The price range is reasonable for the market, and the options are pretty wide, I managed to get almost exactly what I wanted out of a custom pad. The paddles and instant triggers have a good feel, soft touch plastics stop me feeling sticky after a long session. Added bonus: you can put your gamer tag on the PlayStation touch pad to make u feel super cool :)

Fantastic gaming controller!
So delivery took just over a week which is really short considering the other websites out there take much longer. As for the controller itself I wanted a retro PS1 looking controller with paddles and this definitely did not disappoint this thing looks amazing and the quality build is fantastic! My only two issues are is it takes some getting used to with the paddles on the back of the controller but that's down to muscle memory to be honest. The second is you can't place these controllers on official PlayStation 5 changing docking stations. So all in all a fantastic product and it would definitely buy from these guys again!

Looks absolutely beautiful, but has some Drift.
Looks absolutely beautiful! Unfortunately I have to Dock a few points due to the controller arriving with drift on the right analog stick. It Randomly jerks the camera upwards when playing games, and you could probably see how this could be dangerous in certain situations while gaming.

Great product, great company and great customer service
Really impressive controller and assistance. My controller had a small fault after 6 months (out of warranty), I emailed asking if Defy do any repairs - after receiving an update to say no we don’t carry out repairs they then asked the issue. After telling them the issue they offered to take a look and then repair/replace the faulty part free of charge! Controller arrived back 10 days later upgraded and repaired! Really impressive customer service.
