Absolutely fantastic ps5 controller, whether you play fps, rpg, story, or any game at all, this controller and its back paddles add so much ease when playing. There is a sort of grip on the back when you choose the Ultimate back paddle option and it feels absolutely amazing to hold. This is the cheapest back paddle controller I’ve come across and yet I would say it is better than scuf who overprices at £200+ and stops working after a year. Delivery took a couple weeks even though it says 3-5 working days, however the company does compensate heavily with additional items like thumb sticks, a case for the controller etc. This is not a joke, this is the best controller company out there right now and if your contemplating whether getting a default controller, scuf or any other, choose this one, the value is absolutely insane. Definitely going to buy again. If you only have the money to buy a default, save up the extra £40, I promise it is worth it.

After a bit of a delay getting my item due to a supplier issue which meant my son received his birthday present late I feel that I ought to give a review based on the actual quality of the item which I’ve got to admit was really good and would I buy another ? Well probably yes 👍
Also due to the delay and my frustrated emails panicking about it not getting here on time they sent an extra case which wasn’t expected and was a lovely gesture so thanks guys

Love my custom PS5 controller. You can change more or less everything - except the PS button for some reason. Can get a bit pricey the more you fiddle with the design but to be fair they do start with a genuine 60-quid controller. Mine came out at over £150 without any pro options. Turnaround time was only 4 working days from order to delivery. Overall it feels like an extravagance but if you’re looking for a special present for that certain someone, you can’t go wrong.

I ordered a pre built ps5 controller with click triggers with mappable paddles and custom engraving. I waited a little longer than expected but I was given some free accessories to compensate which was a decent touch!

I am happy with my new pad and would definitely recommend, the only negative for me is the 3m charging cable that I also ordered doesn't charge the pad well at all so it is kind of a waste of money. Other than that I'd give 5star

Next day delivery, well packed and sent an extra sample as good will, would recommend completely!

I ordered a PS5 Pro Gaming controller after upgrading from another brand. They were great to answer questions and quickly when I messaged them during the buying process. I did have a minor problem but I have honestly never had such incredible customer service from ANY company like Defy Gaming. Not only were they extremely aplologetic but when above and beyond to sort out the problem with next day delivery with some freebies as an apology. I would highly recommend this company to any gamer looking for a controller.

The controller itself is incredible, the quality and upgrades are just next level. I compared against competitors before buying and the controller was at least £100 cheaper and build times were exceeding 6+ weeks elsewhere for more expensive!

Ordered a ps5 custom controller on 10th Aug.dpd 2 day delivery.
Hated up around 17th as still not received. Was told there was a problem getting stock from Sony and would be out the following Mon or Tuesday. As it wasn't shipped chased again, got told sorry it will be out Wednesday and will come Thursday 25th. It arrived the courier threw box onto doorstep.
After 1 day of use one of left trigger buttons squeaking every time its pressed in.
My son isn't very happy. Waited two weeks for a 150£ controller that makes a horrible noise whenever he uses it.

These controllers are way better than most overpriced fps controllers .Highly recommend if you want to improve and get more skilful in fps shooters .

Sent my controller in for an upgrade and the service was top draw as usual. Quick turn around and good communication throughout.

Excellent customer service from Defy Gaming. Son ordered a controller for his Nintendo Switch (repeat customer), and there was a delay in shipping this out, then some colours weren't available. Defy gaming were super at sorting the issue out and threw in some freebies for my son who was so happy with the extras he received. Will definitely use again, very happy with their service. My grandson ordered this Xbox controller for his birthday. Have to admit I didn't take a lot of notice as to where it would be shipped from. When I had waited a week I was getting concerned it wouldn't be arriving in time for his birthday so I messaged the shop. They explained that there was a world wide shortage of microchips and a lot of things had been delayed but promised they would mark my order a priority or gave me the chance to cancel my order. I decided to give it another week before cancelling if it hadn't arrived. Luckily it arrived the following week and my grandson is thrilled. I can say enough how good this store is, I felt a valued customer throughout.

I got the mouse click buttons and back paddles added to the controller, very nice feel and does the job well... The added grips are also a nice feature.

Took a week to get used to the smaller back paddle buttons, but once adapted it feels fine.

If you're playing COD or any FPS game it's worth the upgrade, helps adding better movement you'd otherwise struggle to have on a basic controller.

They also had a discount on the controller after I ordered and awaiting delivery. I asked for this discount to be applied to my order and they did refund the difference that same week.

The product is fantastic up to now would have got 5 stars for solely product. The reason it was four star Is diddnt see when purchasing the build time which would have been good to see then I got told build time would be 5 days and it was closer to 10

Bought this as a present for my partner, he absolutely loved it, was delivered within 4 days of ordering, even had a couple of questions answered really quickly and politely, would highly recommend, great product and service 👍🏻

The controller was in great condition and has an amazing feel on the front shell and triggers. Loved all the extra goodies included in also!!
