Pretty fast delivery considering postal strikes and Christmas rush and great controller design 👌

I bought a control on the 5th of December, when they advertised the delivery being between 7 working says.
Today is the 24th of December and I haven't received my order, it's a shame as this was a Christmas present. I wouldn't choose them as it is not reliable.

Great quality custom pad. Would highly recommend for anyone that is looking for a competitive edge in gaming.

I didn't realise that it takes 19 days to make the controller, but once that was explained to be I was happy. Controller arrived on time and looks great. Not been used yet as it's a Xmas present

I’ve noticed that some of the buttons are a bit stuck. So not really impressed. I can’t be bothered to contact because I’ve heard stories. I’ll be going Scuff for my next one. I have already told my friends to stay away from this site.
They need to learn about customer satisfaction and how it’s a huge part of the business success rate.
Chez Kane will be opening this on Christmas Day and I want her to see and show her fans how awful this company is.

Brilliant products, let down by the delivery partners DPD, that the only reason why not 5 starts

The time it took it to come to my house wasn’t good 5-6 weeks is no good

Delivery was really fast and the product works perfectly. It also looks fantastic. I would definitely recommend the site as it’s easy to use as well

Very poor response and delivery time despite promising speedy build and delivery - and paying extra for it ! Not impressed at all. And poor support

Pros
The controller is genuine and really good if you wanna use a controller with back paddles and feels nice when u get used to it plus you can be way better at games with it.

Cons
The delivery was late and the customer services needs improving such as live person instead of copying and pasting the same email automatically.

Overall the controller is solid and isn't fake, if you wanna be better at games and feels like a pro then deffo get this but the delivery might take longer than written depending on the situation.

10/10 on the controller
3/10 on the communication in the beginning

Highly recommend. I messaged them separately to ensure I would get this before Christmas. And they responded within 1 day. Ensuring me I would. It has now arrived and is in amazing condition! Still yet to make sure it works! But roll on Xmas day. Thank you so much! A*****

Placed an order for a controller on 26th November with 7-10 days build time. Still haven't received it or had any updates. Have emailed and messaged on the website but they don't reply. Very disappointing as was meant to be a Christmas gift.

Update - item finally arrived 2 days before Christmas, unfortunately the order is wrong and the face control buttons are the wrong colour.

Update - they replaced the buttons on the controller and sent it back to me, however there is now a different problem with it. Also they have not refunded me the postage costs which they said they would. They now appear to be ignoring my emails, so the next course of action will be court proceedings.

With my experience with controllers.defy gaming are the best I've tried. past controller wouldn't last long. with defy gaming I would recommend it to anybody who enjoys gaming as much as I do on a daily basis thank you defy gaming made my Christmas

I placed an order on 13th November (and paid almost £200 in full) and have nor received my order, is this a scam? It’s for a Christmas present and I ordered with plenty of time, only 1 email has been answered, next 3 have gone unanswered despite their first response saying the parts would be available by Tuesday (6th December) no update and no response to my last 3 emails enquiring when I’ll receive it

this is my 3rd purchase of x box custom controllers. Defy Gaming are brilliant. Great communication, fast service. Fantastic controllers. Really great quality. I recommend all my friends to go to these guys. 5 star thank you
