It’s a Christmas gift so I can only review how it looks and that’s amazing!
It was good service and I was kept up to date with what was goi g on.

Absolutely buzzing when my order arrived! It looks sleek and the quality is amazing. I’m very happy with my purchase and I’m sure my son will love his Christmas present. It was delivered within 2 weeks and their customer service was great and responded within 24hrs of my email query. Thank you for being super helpful

Website is very easy to use, communication with them is amazing, I was contacted throughout, as there was a delay on a product I wanted I was offered to change or refund, however it was only a weeks delay so made sense to wait as it’s a Xmas gift. Tracking easy to access. Arrived on day was expected. Finished product is amazing, can’t wait for it to be received Xmas morning.

Still not received goods from an order 5 weeks ago

Very good controllers, main reason why I keep buying them from here.

It took more than 3 weeks for them to ship the product despite being quoted 5-7 working days. The controller is fine, but it just took much longer to arrive than quoted

The delivery time was exceptional, I was expecting it to be at least a week

Great quality, the finish feels good and smooth unlike some other cases or skins on the market. The shipping did take a while but that was mainly from the new dualsense build Sony has pushed out recently. Overall, pretty pog big dubs

Firstly, the controller is excellent. Quality build and works great.
My only complaint is with service. It states 7-10 working days to build and 2 days to deliver. I ordered it on the 21st of October and didn't receive it until 28th November.
No contact from them at all, I had to email them to find out what was going on.
Great product, appalling service.

The only issue is - build time takes roughly up to 2 months.

Absolutely shocking time scale websites states 10-12 working days I placed my order on the 7th of November and after 3 emails and a complaint it arrived on the 3rd of December

Product really good, delivery longer than expected

Delayed order, then when it arrived box was damaged and also sent me the incorrect design!

They also wanted me to pay for the return postage for them to fix their mistake!

I entered the black friday code,it did not work,emailed defy gaming and no response,nothing at all wrong with the ps5 pad though looks spot on

I was not happy with how all the delays were handled, I shouldn't have to reach out to find out that the expected time to have my order had doubled. I'm mostly happy with my controller, very unhappy with the service.

Bought as a Christmas present for my child, it looks great and it’s nice to personalise gifts.
