Delaneys where can I start?
Delaneys where can I start? The amount of support and guidance that Nichola gave us was invaluable! She was always with us throughout the process always available to help in any way she could and if not for her we probably wouldn’t have got everything done in time to be in our new home. Along with all of this she even arranged a new home hamper for me and my wife which we adored! Nichola will always be remembered by me and my wife and we cannot thank her enough for everything that she’s done for us!

It is of course wrong to name…
It is of course wrong to name individuals, as from our experience it was the actions of the whole ‘ team’. However, John, Jackie, Jaquie ( confusing sometimes, ) Nicola & Reece all gave us confidence to continue with the sale of a property that has been in the family for 70+ years. Shop in Romford
Julian sold a shop for us recently in Romford and he achieved well above what we expected. The experience was pleasant and professional throughout even when we had repeated problems from the buyers side, he was happy to start again.

We did highly recommend working with Delaney’s to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, and looking for a smooth, efficient process with a responsive team.
We had such a positive experience with the whole Delaney’s team involved in our transaction. As first-time buyers, we had a lot of questions and were quite nervous about the process, but everyone we dealt with made it feel smooth and manageable.
Reece helped us arrange the viewing quickly, and John kindly showed us the property (that too during the Christmas break!). Jackie was great during the offer stage and helped get things moving swiftly. Jacqui and Lee were fantastic during the sales progression — always available, super responsive, and quick to follow up with all the parties involved, which helped us stay on track and complete ahead of the stamp duty changes.
Everyone took the time to explain things clearly and kept us in the loop throughout. Their personal approach and efficiency made a huge difference and took a lot of the stress out of the process.
