Beware. The phone service is less than adequate. The virtual office amenities never work. Caveat: Website hosting is kindergarten amateurish. Stuck for 3 years for "Patrick Brickhouse" to see all your mail in order to manipulate your business practices as-if Patrick Brickhouse is the owner or majority shareholder. Beware. They will sabotage and war your business correspondences for their own beneficial interests chasing authority. Beware.

I turned to Agency since 2021 to register my new company, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received. From the very first contact, the team was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and ready to answer all my questions.
The entire registration process was handled flawlessly, with clear and timely communication at every stage. I particularly appreciated their attention to detail and ability to make even the most complex bureaucratic aspects understandable.
The transparency of costs and the honesty demonstrated further confirmed that I had chosen the right agency.

They flood your mailbox, and despite numerous inquiries that the company has not been active for 10 years, they continue to spam your inbox.

I've registered two companies and had outstanding service from every Delaware Registered Agent customer service rep I've talked to. In my five interactions, not only were the staff consistently friendly and helpful, but they also demonstrated an impressive depth of knowledge about filing requirements when registering in Delaware, but operating in another state. The individuals I interacted with were knowledgeable and patient in guiding me through the process, ensuring I understood each step. My experience speaks well of the individuals I interacted with, but the consistency of experience suggests they have a good company culture.

Been using this service for the past few years with no major issues other than the fact they flood your email box with reminders over and over again, weeks prior to renewals which is excessive and annoying.

At one point we had three different entities that we registered with this agency. One of the registered companies we closed earlier this year.

Yet, delawareregisteredagent.com sent us a bill 8 months post-closing that account to register it for the next year.

Since we have a few companies registered we didn't realize the bill was for a closed account and we paid it.

However, two months later when we realized what happened, the agency refused to refund us in full for something that was their mistake in the first place.

This registered agent service had no right to send us a bill for a company they knew was closed. It created confusion on our end and while they gave us a partial refund, they didn't take any responsibility for the error on their part by refunding us in full.

I would be very careful dealing with this agency moving forward as sending out bill reminders for companies that are no longer registered with them is not an ethical practice.
