CEO or Management needs to urgently intervene.
I wonder if they are aware that
- emails aren't being answered.
- answered very late without a solution.
Please include mandatory feedback for each email.
Please provide escalation email so we can reach somebody incase of emergency.

I’ve been trying to resolve an issue with this company for quite some time, but the experience has been very frustrating.

Each time I send an email explaining the problem, I receive what appears to be a generic or automated response that doesn’t actually address my question. The replies usually end by saying they’re happy to help, but there’s no real attempt to investigate or resolve the issue.

There’s been no follow-up questions, no escalation, and no clear path toward a solution, which makes the process feel like an endless loop.

I would strongly suggest improving customer support by providing more personalized responses and clearer escalation options. It would also help if customers had a way to contact management or a higher-level support team when issues remain unresolved.

At the moment, this experience has significantly reduced my confidence in the company.

I registered almost 1,000 entities with registeredagents.com. They hide dark UX patterns behind a polished front. Everything looks straightforward when you first sign up, but the moment you try to cancel, transfer, or dissolve an entity, the experience becomes deliberately confusing. They bury key actions behind long email threads, outdated PDFs, and vague instructions that make it unclear what you actually need to do to stop being charged. Even after opting out or dissolving an entity, they keep sending renewal notices and charge for “annual services” that should have been terminated. Their dashboards show incomplete information, for example, entities you’ve already closed still appear active, making it easy to miss a billing cycle or think you’re compliant when you’re not. The whole system feels optimized not for transparency, but for retention through confusion.

Most un organized registered agent. They lost my LLC to another agent who claimed my business in Arkansas? I was paying these guys the whole time all the while my LLC was revoked.
