The program is well worth the money spent. The videos are fun, animated, and ready to follow. The 1:1 language lessons with the native Korean speaker reinforce what you learn in the lessons. Plus, they have so many fun ways to learn like songs, dramas, and stories. I highly recommend Delicious Korean.

Delicious Korean is fantastic! They make it enjoyable to learn Korean. I feel like I'm actually making progress and feel way more comfortable speaking thanks to their teaching methods and my wonderful coach. He makes me feel comfortable, kindly corrects mistakes, and encourages my curiosity. I highly recommend this program!

Helpful and really well structured courses. Really available and nice tutors and teachers. You can really see they care a lot about this project and deeply believe in what they are doing and their method. Everyone will do their best to make you feel comfortable and supported throughout your journey, keeping your pace and validating your efforts instead of evaluating you on a general scale or pressuring you with expectations. I really recommend this experience, especially if you’re having trouble learning the language in the traditional way or really suffer from the pressure of expectations.

I am having the best experience ever I've been learning Korean for 2 1/2 years .I learned a few sentences here and there through out the years I gather a lot of vocabulary but i can only have short conversations . I did know about DK but I was procrastinating . My friend joined before me every day she is telling about her progress and keep telling to join that i will like it . She keeps telling just do it you will see the difference , and one day she literally says we gonna do it together : i will help you let's do it now . It was impossible to back out ,I sign up for the class .It is mind blowing I can't even imagine in 4 weeks I am able to have conversations from present future , past tense. I can talk about food family party day to day activities I can sing i can make a joke .I can talk about what I like and don't like talk about what i would like . Learn to count time days and more .From chapter one you learn how to make sentences you really learn like a baby. I am glad i made that choice. Thanks don't hesitate to join DK . I’ve been studying Korean about 7 months and just started with Delicious Korean about a month ago. The comprehensible input has helped been really effective in learning and retaining new words, sentence patterns and having a coach has made all the difference and a must have for any language learner. Each week, we get an assigned chapter and section and then practice the assignment with the coach. DK team is always available for questions and very helpful. My coach is also really good about responding to messages or if I have questions. I love the games DK created to help with vocab and spelling as well as speaking practice and they continue to put out more content. Lastly, what made me want to join DK was seeing how fast my Korean language partner was growing with DK. I saw a big difference in her vocab, sentence patterns and her pronunciation!

I’m loving my experience with Delicious Korean! They teach using “comprehensible input” — basically learning Korean the way a baby learns its first language, through context and exposure instead of memorizing rules. The video lessons are genuinely fun to watch and easy to follow.

Here’s the crazy part: I studied Korean the traditional way for almost 2 years and barely felt confident. After just 6 weeks here, I’m already understanding and speaking better and more confident than before.

My tutor is also a huge part of it — attentive, patient, and just fun to talk to. Lessons feel more like a chat with a friend than a class.

If you want a method that actually works, paired with a tutor who cares, I’d 100% recommend this.

I’m so happy I chose Delicious Korean for my beginner-level Korean language learning program. Their program has been “natural”compared to other programs that were pushing rule after rule memorization only. I could understand and speak simple sentences from the very first lesson!
My favorite part has been the weekly meetings with my coach. He has given me accountability and encouragement— things that video-only programs cannot provide.

The one-on-one video sessions have always been very helpful and valuable. My teacher is always very friendly and patient. The sessions with her are always fun. My Korean skills are getting better every week. You make progress very quickly. I really appreciate that the company places such a high value on comprehensible input. Delicious Korean is the best method I found for learning to speak Korean. I wanted a Korean immersion experience, similar to what children experience growing up in Korea and Delicious Korea delivered. I also like that the weekly live 1:1 calls are built into their system.

I enjoy my coaching sessions with Delicious Korean and the Lessons available online. My main goal is to be able to have conversations in Korean and express myself. Both the lessons and coaching are helping me do just that. I can see the improvement I've made. I also like that fact that it fits into my schedule. I chose to do 1 session every other week.

Honestly the coaches of Delicious Korean are sincere, friendly, helpful and authentic! They really care about you as a person and work with you to learn Korean. They are genuinely interested and help bring the best out of you as you learn to speak Korean. Their learning program works, it really works!. They know how to teach, their communication is 1st class. Not only am I learning a new language but I feel like I am gaining new friends. I have been studying Korean now for 2 years and always struggled with either the teachers or their programs and I could never seem to retain anything. 5 weeks into my journey and not only am I retaining words but also whole sentences. I am really starting to think like a Korean born person when I start to phrase a sentence. 'Subject' 'Object' 'Verb' the key to a comprehensible sentence. Honestly this is the best program out there, learning as I did when I was a child is getting me to my goal so much quicker!. Definitely sign up, I promise you that you won't regret it.

Delicious Korean is a wonderful all in one package. The content is very high quality and enjoyable to use. For comprensible input in the Korean language it's the best out there. It follows a straight forward and easy to use curriculum that builds upon itself in a very pleasant way. Its easy enough to be able to follow but steadily increases enough to keep you engaged. I really feel like they've nailed the pacing. The platform is excellent and the iu design is great. I've never experienced any bugs or had any issues in my time using it. It also has a very pleasing aesthetic that feels cohesive around the entire platform including the curriculum, the community area, and the extra content areas. The team with Delicious Korean is truly amazing. I really like how comfortable I feel engaging with them. They've answered any questions I've had very fast and always friendly. It never feels like I'm bothering them and I always feel very supported in my learning journey. I can tell the team is passionate about this platform and teaching the Korean language. Besides the platform and curriculum Delicious Korean also offers a coach/tutor to help you along your journey. I meet with my coach Hyemi once a week for a lesson and progress check. I get a lot of time to speak and put what I've been learning throughout the last week to practice and iron out any difficulties I've been having. I feel very lucky to have been paired with Hyemi as she's an excellent coach/tutor. She is very talented at teaching the Korean language and makes me feel very supported on my journey. I never hesitate to ask questions I have including throughout the week when we aren't in session. It's truly amazing. Delicious Korean has been worth every bit I've spent. I've tried every resource out there from apps, to tutors, to in person classes. Many of them have been excellent but Delicious Korean is far and away the best out there. It's an all in one package that doesn't sacrifice quality at any of the things it does. For all that it offers it's actually an incredible value. I haven't gone back to any of the other recourses I've been using prior to joining Delicious Korean. There's also a wonderful community area. Students, teachers, and staff come together and share news, accomplishments, cultural notes, music, food, meet ups and so much more. Its really a lot of fun to see what the community has been up to. I'm very happy I decided to start using Delicious Korean and I really look forward to continue to learn with them.

I started with the two week trial. The first thing that took place was a 30 minute online face to face welcome from one of the DK (Delicious Korean) team (they speak English as well as speaking their native Korean). My meeting happened to be with Minyong who created DK. He was warm and welcoming from the start. I could tell he was very passionate about sharing his love for Korea and the Korean language with the world. He explained to me how things work and what to expect, answering all of my questions. It was a wonderful chat and put me right at ease. I was assigned a coach and have now been learning Korean for six weeks. This system of learning is meant to be fun, stress free, and a natural learning process, which I have found to be true. The only pressure I feel is what I put on myself. There are no grades and no tests. Only fun and learning. I have access to the DK team and my coach, through direct messaging, and can ask to meet with Minyong at any time to ask questions, share thoughts and concerns, and give honest feedback. The DK team and coaches are really good at being there for the DK community. My coach really cares about me, helps me to be at ease, and paces the lessons to my needs at the moment. I am encouraged to make as many mistakes as I can because I am in a safe space for learning, and not fearing mistakes means I will learn better. The lessons build naturally one upon another and the information is always repeated over and over, so there is no need for memorizing anything ahead of time, it's all learned through repetition, just like you learned before you could speak your own native language. The lesson material is well put together and is viewed online over the week on your own, prior to the live one on one session with your coach. It only takes about 20 minutes a day. The learning tools are always being expanded and are innovative. There are learning games, video lectures, and songs. I can reach out and chat with anyone in the community and there are many different groups I can post to where I can share my thoughts, ask questions, see pictures and hear stories from those who have traveled to Korea and share their experiences, and also connect with the DK team and coaches, for example. If you're thinking about taking Korean for fun, for travel, because you love Kpop or K-dramas, or just for yourself, I can't suggest a better place to start. I really love it myself. I'm just starting to learn to read and write in Korean, I really find it fun. Be patient with yourself and remember what it's like to be a child again learning something for the first time, be curious!-this really is a safe place to ask questions and make mistakes. You'll be so surprised how much you learn in the first month. I hope this is helpful and that you give it a try yourself.

I had DK bookmarked for about a year before actually taking the invitations offer of introduction to 한귤 and about 2plus years later still here and not regretted my choice to embark on this journey.

I am so glad that I am learning Korean with you! I just love the lessons, teacher who I have who correct me, help me and gives me amazing motivation to dare to speak Korean and I love all concept for Delicious Koren! Great classes and videos that you can study alone first and practices what you learn with a very supportive instructor

The course materials are laid out to help you learn a new language and a new writing system together. By using visual and verbal cues, I find I now understand the basics of the spoken language while practicing reading/writing its alphabet. One-to-one weekly sessions are a great incentive to keep working hard. Staff are helpful, encouraging and friendly. I would recommend Delicious Korean to anyone starting their language journey.
