A Deliveroo driver on an electric scooter drove directly at me while I was walking along a footpath presumably to intimidate me and then yelled at me. Impossible to contact Deliveroo to inform them so writing it here on the off chance they read their reviews or even care.

I ordered some food from Mcdonalds and added 9 dips to my order because I CANT EAT DRY FOOD, none of them came. NOT EVEN ONE DIP. I sat with the food until it got cold for an hour trying to contact deliveroo, Mcdonalds or anyone. Mcdonalds told me that they couldnt send the dips and couldnt reimburse either, that I had to get in contact with deliveroo. Deliveroo on their hand after waiting lots of times said that they could give me back the dips money and an euro for the trouble, but none other solution. Now I´m sitting with a service/product that is not as requested or ordered, without possibility to return it, cold and which I´m not going to eat because I don't add 9 dips just for the pleasure of it. I understand its just dips for some, but now I cant eat anything from the order because of it. Just cancelled my deliveroo suscription, uninstalled the app; and be sure that I will be requesting a chargeback from my bank. Never using this service again.

Unbelievable, I waited 3 hours for food to come, spoke to the restaurant that confirmed the food was ready and waiting. Tried the help app not working. Phone customer service, absolute joke, apparently I needed to phone support 'to complain'. I said I am complaining, then insisted on canceling my order. I wanted my food absolutely starving at this stage. The most incompetent, unprofessional, unhelpful organisation. It was my first time using the service NEVER AGAIN, and still no food... what a JOKE
Failed to deliver appropriately
First there was confusion with the address but I was less than 5 mins away, when I spoke to the rider, he could not understand me language barrier.
I am a loyal customer of deliveroo and I always had my orders placed into my hand, the deliveroo tracker said order was delivered when I arrived at my home, less than 5 mins, there was nothing at my door, it was my turn to order lunch in work, so it was €75 worth off food.
I am trying to get a full refund, from their end it would make good business sense, as I use the app regularly but they will not do this, they have lost a good customer.
I hope business keeps going well for them.

Poor communication, untrained support agents, riders allegedly taking customers' food while using rented accounts, and a company that appears to take little or no action on customer reports. My order was never delivered, yet I was left without my food and without a satisfactory resolution. Extremely disappointing service.

I ordered food from them but forgot to change my number to my new one. When the driver came i have no idea. I was on my phone and never recived any notfication he was here. I look at the app and my order was missing and then it said it was delvered. I concatacted support and they said it was my fault and so they wont refund me or give me a new order. They just stole my money and food.

I would rate Deliveroo zero stars if that was an option. I ordered a Tesco whoosh delivery and the company that do those deliveries is Deliveroo. I did not get my shopping order which was paid for in advance. The deliveroo driver failed to find the address despite having the eircode. The phone call from him came via a Dublin landline number which is unreachable always when one rings it. The driver rang just once and had very bad english. I wish Tesco and other companies would stop employing incompetent drivers.

Terrible service the rider stole my food and I didn’t receive a refund
My burrito was collected and delivered…
My burrito was collected and delivered In a timely manner however on notifications it said delivery man had another stop off before delivering to me. As a patient I ordered it to the hospital and when the bike pulled up the installation bag to keep food warm was only half zipped. As a patient I could not reheat the burrito as understandly staff can't be using their microwave for patients' for health and safety operations. My burrito was not even tepid it was fully cold and had to bin it. Prior to that I contacted deliveroo immediately and stated they could send someone out to return my purchase as it was no use to me. For a €15.80 burrito that I paid for all deliveroo agreed to was a €3 refund. Very disappointed and will not be ordering from deliveroo again. Will go with just eats in future as food most likely delivered in a car rather than a bike
Worst customer service
Worst customer service. The order was left outside and when i came outside, there was nothing. Support agent told refund will be initiated within 48 hours and it's been more than 10 days now and still no refund.
Zero stars if I could
Zero stars if I could. Ordered a nandos. Driver claimed he called, he didn't. Staying in hotel with a reception and they now claim left on door step as couldn't get hold of me (lie) I was waiting outside, also if they couldn't get me, talk to reception who are right next to the door. Scammers.
