⭐️ Review Title: Disorganised, blame-shifting, and completely unaccountable
I attended my examination, paid the required fee, and was booked for follow-up treatment (a filling) as a direct result. However, due to repeated staff booking errors, my appointments were messed up and eventually cancelled. Instead of fixing their mistakes, the practice chose to blame me, hide behind policy, and remove me from care.
I was told I had missed multiple appointments, then later admitted that one was a staff error — yet they still refused to correct my records properly. Despite claiming I had reached their missed-appointment limit, they still saw me, treated me, and booked further care, only to later enforce the rule retrospectively. This is inconsistent and unfair.
Communication was appalling:
Calls not returned
Conflicting information from reception
No proper apology
No accountability
To make matters worse, I was pushed toward private treatment without clear explanation and quietly placed into private booking. This felt deceptive and money-driven.
After all of this, I was told I would need to pay for another check-up because of their own administrative failures. Management responses were defensive, dismissive, and showed no interest in resolving the issue fairly.
If you use this practice, keep written proof of everything and double-check every booking. Their mistakes will be used against you.
I would not recommend this practice to anyone.
