I ordered the Dermavel plasma pen, the book and extra needles on 10/23/2024. After more than a month, the plasma pen arrived. It is now 1/19/2025 and I never received the guidebook or the extra needles that cost $127.14. I have emailed many, many times with no response. Every email included my order number with a copy of the actual order but, no one has answered or responded to any of my emails. At this point I will contact my credit card company and see if I can get my money back that way. It’s really unfortunate that this company is acting this way because I actually really like the pen and it works great.

Yes, it did take about 2 months to arrived. But once it actually shipped.. it was here in 7 days. Super happy with the product. I have done my double chin area, chest and breasts so far. You can see slight immediate results. And more as you heal. It was easy to use, clear instructions. Deff lives up to the hype for me !

The product order was made on October 9th and the company claimed to have shipped the product on October the 23rd. It was supposed to be shipped via US Postal Service; after waiting a few weeks nothing arrived at my address, I contacted the company on November 12th and then November 24th and Emily responded to the emails I had sent claiming the order was shipped on the 23rd of October, and then the second time on the 24th she gave me a tracking number of some third party called piggyship, where the information was impossible to understand as they claimed the order was out for delivery but nothing has been delivered. Not only did the company NOT use the requested US postal service which I paid for when I placed my order, but all records of the original order seemed to have been manipulated so neither the company or anyone else knows where the order is, what issues they have had delivering it on time and NO ONE has been able to respond and give me an honest answer about why this product has not been delivered when it was supposed to have been. They took my payment immediately so there should be no excuses and yet its been 3 months we are now in mid-December and nothing from the company. I have reported it to my credit card company as a fraudulent business and requested a full refund.

Terrible experience. I reached out to customer service after ordering and had a very sub par experience, on top of that after 20 days of no progress, it never shipped even after talking with Emily several times. I cancelled the order and at least they did that for me. Otherwise, it was like talking to a robot and it was a waste of time ordering from them.

I wish this was a review of the actual pen product, but it’s the fact that I ordered on July 20, expected ship date was August 15. It is now September 29, and still no update. I’ve been assure the order is coming but the ship date keeps getting pushed back.

Got the plasma pen after nearly 2 months after ordering it . Customer service contact provided is for namesake . No one answers any queries , you are forced to believe you have been scammed after so many unanswered queries about your order . I am yet to try the product , but I would still rate it one star provided the absolutely non existent customer service !

Do not waste your money. People in China is scamming People in USA. You will not receive your order. Don't waste your money. All review on their website are fake review by Chinese people.

I purchased my pen about a month and 1/2 ago and last Saturday I finally had time to prep, charge and get it done. All lights work but the actual pen does not turn on! Grrrr, I sent a message on their site and STILL have not heard anything back, or even an automated message stating they got my email. I bought this because my step daughter swears by this product and I trust her. Please, I hope I haven’t wasted $100.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I ordered a pen, decided to go another route, never opened the package. Emailed them that I’d like to send it back. They responded promptly with all the info I needed to send it back. Spent $15 on shipping, which I expected. They’ve had it back since June7th. They absolutely will not respond to any of my emails. Not sure what else I can do. They owe me $129.

The device did not work when it arrived. They then asked me to fully charge it and follow a set of instructions, which is when I realised the charger could not even be inserted into the device. Then they couldn’t view the videos I shared to show the issue and then required I upload the video into the cloud. After all this, now they’re saying it’s been too long but it’s because they send broken devices and then waste your time long enough to deny you a replacement or refund. Avoid.

Still not received my order - DV12414UK, emailed half a dozen times with out reply disgrace. going to file a claim with my bank to retrieve my money back from these scam artists, do not order from this company you will not receive goods!

Fast delivery but display was scratched.

This is an electric pen, which burns the skin. It is not a plasma pen. It does not work.

Stay far away from this company. They hide their bad reviews and refuse to provide a refund for a faulty device.

Terrible product, left scarring all over my skin. Email did not deliver would bounce back. No other contact information to get in touch. Avoid this company just takes your money, and leave your skin in a worse state.

Still waiting on my delivery for the needles 💉

Worst customer experience . Did not get full refund even after sending unused product . Seller requested for photo to see if the product unused and denied full refund stating the package is opened . And no response from the help desk

Despite reading 100s of terrible reviews, I was skeptical at first but I am pleased with my purchase, thank you. It works well on age spots, small moles, skin tags and red spot/spider veins. Slightly painful when applied but as they say, no pain no gain. I have used it on my face, neck hands and chest. The areas scab over but go after a week and leave no scarring.
