Beautiful work! I have one of our engagement photo and one of a wedding photo of us. Be cautious when ordering a *sized* print that you aren't ordering just a digital photo. I made this mistake.

Stay away from this company it’s a scam. I have asked for a refund 3 different emails. I have not received my order all I get is excuses. This company is BS Big Rip off.

I should have read the reviews before ordering from these criminals! How dare they prey on the emotions of people who recently lost their beloved pet. After one month of no communication my order is canceled by them after informing them a charge back would be initiated if not answered.

My order came defective and all I get from Jillian Benson is,excuses. I offered to send my order back for repair and she didn't acknowledge it at all! The original picture I sent to them, is not defective in any way. I will never order from this company again!!!

The portrait was amazing! We love it! My only complaint is their communication. They did email to confirm the order, then silence. I knew it could take 5-7 business days, but there were no updates. I finally requested an update. That same morning, I found it at my door. I was SO surprised. I had no idea that it had been finished or shipped out. Would have been nice to have been kept in-the-know.

If there were 10 star reviews I would choose that. That’s what they deserve!! From the beginning the customer service was exemplary! Then the canvas “painting” came. I cried happy tears. The picture was of our first 2 dogs together!!!! So beautiful!! I ordered a portrait of my best friends grandchildren for her birthday! Order with confidence!!

I have ordered twice from this company. I have been extremely happy with both orders. Their communication and customer service are top notch. I will definitely order again.

Made an order and haven't heard from them since!! Send 2 emails to their support office and a 3d note via their "Contact Us" page. No response. Plan to contact my credit card company. 🤬🤬

Just took about a month which is understanding , a lot of detail and talent that brought the picture to life!

This company took the photo I sent, which was slightly blurry with a not-very-nice background, and turned it into the most beautiful watercolor print! It is everything I had hoped for, and they sent me a preview picture so I could be sure it was the way I wanted it, before it was bought and paid for. They are quick, honest, and reliable, and if I ever need another nice picture I will certainly be ordering from them! I love my watercolor and I would do it again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for helping me.

I had a picture of my stallion done. As usual, any pictures of my horses have tee posts and hot wire in them. I took a chance, and this company did not disappoint. They created A beautiful portrait, with out all the ugly distractions. I will definitely have my other horses done.

They did a beautiful job recreating the photo I sent into a water color. I got it as a gift for my son for Father’s Day. He and his wife loved it! I plan to get more for other family members and friends. Thank you!
