This is my third time buying glasses from designer glasses which shows how much I love them! Amazing selection of glasses, competitive price but for me mostly importantly the customer service is A star! The last two times I’ve needed emergency glasses and they have sorted everything within one week! Special shout out to Nicky who is fab and takes all the stress away.

I’ve also been to the Erith store and everyone was lovely and so helpful.

I’ve worn glasses for 30 years and this is the only place I’ll ever buy my glasses from! :)

Lovely glasses and arrived quickly. I ordered the wrong type of lense and customer service was brilliant. So polite, helpful and quick. When I sent the glasses back I had them back in less than a week with changed lenses. Very happy, thank you.

I found frames i really liked in an opticians store, but they were very expensive. I searched for them online and found them on DesignerGlasses for less than half the price the optician was charging.
I placed an order (frames only) and received them within a week, brand new, well packaged.
Communication from the company was good, confirmed order, advised when ready for dispatch and provided tracking details for the delivery.
Delighted with the process and the product. Would recommend!

On a Friday morning I wanted a new pair of sunglasses for a wedding on a Sunday. I found the sunglasses but most online shops didn't offer next day delivery. I found them on designerglasses with next day delivery and a 20% off code making them cheaper than some other shops. I ordered them with next day delivery and received them on the Saturday. What more can you ask for! Excellent service.

I ordered a pair of prescription Gucci glasses. I am very pleased with them and they were so much cheaper than any high street opticians. I will buy from Designer Glasses again.

Ordered some glasses on 30th June , still not arrived , emailed twice and no response , will be reporting to trading standards as I paid £162 for nothing absolutely devastated as the reviews on here looked so good !

I ordered a pair of Oakley prescription glasses at a great price, and through no fault of designer glasses they were discontinued frames, although showing as available. This caused a delay in getting them ,but the supplier sourced a one off ‘frame’ thanks to designer glasses pushing the issue…. As a result I’ve now got a lovely pair of Oakley glasses. Would highly recommend designer glasses and their staff… also very quick at answering the phone .

Excellent service, Frame was ordered a week or so back through the double bank holiday weekend.
I did not think they would arrive for a holiday this weekend in time so dropped them an email.
They responded quickly and upgraded the postage to special next delivery for me so I would get them in time.
Excellent company / service, would definitely use again.

Ordered and paid for my glasses on the 17.04.23 and they arrived today 25.04.23. Great service, I now have very lovely Swarovski glasses, very pretty very elegant. I was very dubious of getting glasses this way, have always gone to opticians, but I sent my prescription over, just readers, but they are perfect, wearing them while I'm typing x

I received an email from Katie saying my my Valentino sunglasses had been dispatched within 24 hours of ordering. They were securely packaged and exactly what I wanted. Outstanding service l would definitely recommend this company.

Fast delivery and genuine Prada sunglasses but was missing silk pouch that it was supposed to come with apart from the hard case.

Ordered online for first time, was able to provide style, size and prescription as Boots Opticians were unable to help get size I needed.
