Liam in the Uddingston store was very good with us and answered all questions. He wasn't pushy, and he got us all the relevant deals and discounts, tea and biscuits to keep us sweet and very happy!!!

Been out to visit the Natuzzi Editions store in Uddingston with the intention of looking to buy furniture in the future. Michelle was exceptionally helpful and instead of postponing the purchase we completed the transaction there and then. Great service plus value fir money - RESULT!!!!

Kirstan in Edinburg Designer Sofa was just amaizing. I had two elderly parents with me to choose a recliner sofa. She was very patient and helpful and came up with some great options for us.

Karen (Lakeside branch) has been brilliant from the very start and made the whole process smooth sailing. We came in with very specific requirements which we were struggling to fulfil elsewhere but Karen took on the challenge, listened to what we needed, made some suggestions and then showed us all our options. What started out as a 2-month frustrating process, Karen managed to solve within the hour. We are very grateful and so happy with our sofa choice. I wouldn’t hesitate to reuse this store or team again - just fab! Thank you so much!
