The company didn't provide full order.
The company didn't provide full order and ignored us when we tried to resolve the issue. Use a different supplier.

Useless, stear well clear.
Useless, can't get through on the phone, emails are ignored, tracking system is useless, emailed countless times and no response until I mentioned trading standards, finally my product arrived but not worth the hassle of dealing with this bunch. If I could I would have given them zero stars.

Don't buy anything online with this…
Don't buy anything online with this company or any other companies associated with it, placed an order took my payment and received nothing, emails all bounce back, phone lines just a message service I believe they are no longer trading but will still take your money, trading standards will be informed and hopefully the online shop will be closed.

Absolutely incompetent company
Absolutely incompetent company. I purchased a3 laminate pouches via their Amazon store in the UK. 60 pouches arrived and 13 were damaged, I followed their guidelines for support which advised me to contact deskit. I emailed deskit.co.uk and a guy emailed back said he could not help. I then had to file a return with Amazon. Horrible customer service and no support from the distribution company who sells these pouches via Amazon.

Hi Katherine, we're so pleased to hear that you love our Deskit LUMI300 Laminator. Thank you for sharing your review with us and the community.
My go-to brand for my business ☺️
I first discovered Deskit while looking for an affordable but high quality laminator, and I wasn't disappointed. It came with several quality laminating pouches, a cutter and a rounder so I was very happy with my purchase. I tried other brands for the pouches (including the unnamed ones), I prefer Deskit.
Later on I realised I can save lots more money by going directly to the Deskit website. The delivery is a breeze too. So Deskit is going to be my go-to brand for my business 🥰
