SCAM!!!!!!
Very poor experience. I never received my order, and despite multiple attempts to contact the company by phone and email, I have had no response.

It is extremely frustrating that a company provides a telephone number but does not answer calls or reply to emails. I have been left without my item or any update.

Very disappointing service — I would not recommend.

Do not trust this company. I ordered what I saw a Helly Hansen sailing jacket advertised online and received a cheap quality rain NOTHING LIKE WHAT I ORDERED!!!They responded to my return request email and I sent them pictures again from the website what I’d ordered and what I got and there was no further response. Thankfully my credit card company stepped in and I got my money back. I see they are based in Netherlands and I will never order anything from these thieves again.

Wouldn’t even given the one star if was an option. Ordered trainers in December still not received. Have chased continual with little and poor responses saying delivery in final stages. Now not even responding when asked for refund. Keep well clear and do t risk losing your money like I seem to have

This company are a scam. They say they are based in the Netherlands but this is just a residential address. All items ship from china and are not as described.
They do not give refunds. Avoid at all costs unless you want to waste your money.

Never recieved the trainers i ordered 3 weeks ago they took my 40 pound no contact at all

Don’t go near this lot ordered two pairs of trainers size 10,trainers arrived size uk8.5,but because they say eu 44 they say it’s a misprinted label and they are a size 10,can’t get my feet into them,telling me to return them to china at my expense,so if I did this it would be 3 months from time of order till I get sorted out…stay well away

I would give zero stars if possible this store should not be allowed to carry on taking money from customers. Never received item never responded when I asked for a refund. I reported to my bank and received my money back with in 10 minutes what does that tell you. STAY WELL CLEAR

Caveat Emptor! Valenti does not appear to be a legitimate business. My experience suggests it operates as a deceptive outfit based in China, using a European-sounding name to mislead unsuspecting customers. Deliveries may take 3–4 weeks, often resulting in low-grade, substandard products. Disappointed buyers like me, are then directed to return items to an obscure address in China—an inconvenient and costly process. Consumers are strongly advised to report this company to appropriate law enforcement and consumer protection authorities.

The jacket was late in delivery and as it was a present I had to buy an alternative coat. Trying to contact them was a nightmare but I did eventually get hold of them and was told to send it back to their warehouse in China with registered post that I had to pay for. Still I persevered and saw that it was held in Chinese customs. Waited and waited then forgot about it until 6 months later when our postman handed it back to me. Now seen that their website is down! What a crock of sh*t avoid Valenti at all costs

This is the most dishonest company. Never received my order and after numerous requests for a refund they concluded the conversation by asking me to rate my experience with their company - basically laughing at me. Scam company who are obviously making millions, simply blatantly stealing people’s money - no goods will ever complete your order!!
Steer clear of this awful, arrogantly criminal company.

Nothing more to add really as it is obviously a fraudulent company.Coat ordered in January.never arrived.
Constant emails but always the same reply that another was on it's way.
Do not use ...think they have closed down now on the profits illegally made..

Bought 3 jackets and 2 sweaters quality was crap. Returned 4 the items worth £200+ and paid a fortune with tracked shipping £36. It’s been 3 months with emails back and forth. This morning my email to their info email they were responding to before bounced back as the email doesn’t exist anymore so they basically conned me with no refund…

What a bunch of absolute thieving shysters!!! Stay well away from them, don't even give them the satisfaction of looking at their website.
Bought a coat, it took weeks to arrive and when it did it was around four sizes too small. Wouldn't fit a gnat!!
Sent it back, at extortionate cost - I should have realized then - and then waited two months before I gave up and put a claim in to Paypal, who bless them, refunded within ten minutes.
As I said, don't touch this lot with someone else's barge pole!!!

AVOID AT ALL COST!! Absolute scam didn't receive my order and was promised a replacement after months waiting got nothing asked for a refund which I never got frauds!!!!!

Fraudulent. Chinese crap.

I bought clothing products twice from this company and both times I received the goods and I was happy with the quality.

My only issue with the products is that they did not have any 'care or materials labels'. Other than that they were fine.

After my previous shopping experiences I got a bit braver and ordered 4 items in January 2025 but despite numerous emails asking where my order was I kept receiving what now seem like automated replies from 'Sophia'.

"Sophia" has sent several replies but the emails are being repeated.

The last straw, is my latest email has 'bounced' back with a message saying that the email address (info'at'valentimode.com) now no longer exists!

This is a stark warning that this company is probably no longer operational.

The website still exists and it will probably still take your orders and money but I would strongly advise against placing orders or giving your money.
