Ordered shoes from them, thinking it’s from a European outlet. Far from it, they are cheap Chinese knockoffs. They are drop shipping these items. You rather purchase from Temu or Shein for super cheap price then these guys that are ripping people off. The delivery too over a month to come, so that just shows there authenticity's. Not even going to bother returning them as it’s not worth my time and effort to pay for return. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

This company it’s scam and fraud.
I have ordered coat in January and I never received, and I have contacted many times customer service and they never send my order. I have asked for refund and they have this lady her name is Wendy she keeps lying to me and said I will send you other coat because the coat we sent has lost. I don’t advise any one to buy anything from those mafia

No refund, no communication and coat which doesn't match description online.
Advice to all - contact your bank, explain all, provide evidence. My Mastercard stood by me and got me full refund. Don't led scam Rob you ina daylight.

They pose as a Dutch company but drop ship their clothes from China. Refused to grant me a refund. scum

This is the worst place to order something from! I placed a order a few months ago and continued to chase it, they have now told me it was lost in transit and offered a 50% refund instead of receiving my item

The item looks good on the website but in real it’s cheap fake from China.

Not letting me return an item, only giving a Chinese address to send it to and a 5% refund.

Not replying to my emails, so much for 24hrs response time and hassle free returns.

Scam wish I had of read reviews first I ordered x2 gluco meters and got sent x2 oximeters even tho I emailed them and told them not to send oximeters after ready another review stay well clear lesson learnt

Watch out this is another rip off site from china. the products if they arrive do not look or fit like described,you cant return them as they never respond to any of your emails. Dont waste your money !!!

Similar to other customers below - a terrible all round experience. Items took weeks to arrive, didn’t fit and the company refused to honour the refund their website suggests they offer. Total scam.

Items shipped from China not NL,great customer contact until your item arrives and it looks nothing like item ordered! They then tell you item cannot be shipped back to NL web address which is fake but to Chinese address! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Same as all other reviews, wouldn't accept the return for no legitimate reason (within 14 day legal period and 30 day 'hassle free' (LOL) returns policy). Literally breaking the law.

Total scam , received the items which should have been the right size but are far too small . They are refusing to allow me to return ... will be raising a chargeback with my credit card company

ZERO stars. Do not use this company, I have just been scammed out of £80 for a “cashmere” sweater. The sweater is not worth £5. Poor quality rough material, no labels, no brand name, no size, no washing instructions. I was sent a wrong size sweater in a dirty plastic bag. When I sent email to request a refund and a return label, I was told I was not entitled to return the item, despite the website return policy claiming “you can return orders within 30 days for any reason”. Please do not use Valenimode.com it is a scam company and the goods come from China despite claiming to be from the Netherlands. I was taken in by the website, it looks very professional, please DO NOT waste your money as I did. There should be a stop to this kind of trading. Just wish I had checked Trust Pilot in the first place.

Avoid this company, they are the same as Loravelle and a scam. Very poor products and ignore requests to return the item.

Avoid this company – it’s a scam. They sent me the wrong size and refused to issue a refund. They demand customers take a photo of the size label before they provide a return label, which forces you to open the package. Then they turn around and claim they can’t refund because the item isn’t in “unworn condition”. It’s a trap.

This is a clear case of fraud – they’re using shady tactics to avoid processing legitimate refunds. Do not buy from them.

This business is a scam. Don't buy from them. They send you something really poor quality. I bought "cashmere" items but they are rough and don't even have a tag in them. They say you can return items within 30 days but they say that "Upon checking your order, we can confirm that the item you received is correct and matches the details of your original purchase." - and just refuse to refund. I wish I had read their reviews before I bought from them.
