The returns policy on their website is all untrue. The website says you’ll be given a returns label to return items to the Netherlands. Instead items need to be returned at the buyers expense to China. Tracked mail from England would cost £15. Also, the jumper I bought is poor quality fabric. It’s saggy and doesn’t hold its shape.

Please report to Shopify about this company. This is a scam company wanted to return an item as it it took too long to arrive and cancelled it but they expedited it instead which when the item arrived and I no longer needed it they refused to provide me with a shipping label and told me I need to provide my own shipping label and pay for customs even though their website says free returns and they will provide a pre paid shipping label.
This is a drop shipping company from Shopify and Shopify doesn’t support fraudulent actives as in their policy. There are many fake 5 star reviews from valentimode themselves. If you’ve been scammed by them REPORT TO SHOPIFY OF THE FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES SO THEY CAN CLOSE THE SHOP AND REFUND YOU YOUR MONEY.

Scam company!!! Ordered a coat in January, never arrived. Called number and left voicemail, no reply. Sent numerous emails got 2 replies blaming problem with delivery. Asked for a refund, got no reply.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Totally misleading information on website returns are not free and they do all they can to not give you the refund

Terrible, incompetent and disgusting customer services. Free returns is a farce as it is not free returns at all. Absolutely shameful. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Please avoid.

Scam. Ordered a jumper which claimed to be cashmere, clearly isn't. Not clear on website that the company is not based in UK. Item arrived and is not true to size. Customer service point blank refuse to exchange or refund.

I've shopped here twice now and both times the items were delivered on times the items were delivered on time and exactly as pictured.

Great brand, elegant designs. It feels like you're buying boutique pieces without the insane prices.

A thieving company that took the money, never sent the items and should have their website closed down.
They took £71.00 for a jumper they claimed to have shipped in January and it's never arrived. They have no tracking, they don't respond and they are thieves stealing money through their website that's a front to capture innocent people like us

Honestly the worse ever company you could buy anything from because the customer service was awful and the solutions they gave me was rubbish aswell. Wouldn’t recommend buying from them as a first time buyer.

Total crooks say they exchange products and then they won’t and the sweater twas advertised as cashmere and it wasn’t no labels in it at all. Complete criminal con artists

Please don’t use this company. Sent my order after 3 weeks. Only to find the items were to small. I ordered a size bigger shoe to find them 2 sizes to small. The company then said it’s the correct size and they won’t accept returns for incorrect sizing. They are an absolute joke company.

Do bot buy from this site... I echo everything others say. I ordered my son's coat in January. It said 4 -7 bussiness days. It's still hasn't come.and when I asked for refund they said once arrive then you can send back for refund. It's been 2 months.
Never ordering from this website again.

item arrived damaged - Refused to refund and wanted me to order a replacement. We refused and pushed for the refund but they were rude and arrogant. Took claim up with credit card company and got my money back that way.

I WOULD ADVISE AGAINST BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered some boots in February and I didn’t receive the order, after 4 weeks I said just refund please. I was told their policy is to resend products that are lost in transit, after another 3 weeks nothing arrived then I was told that now they can refund, they still haven’t refunded me and every time I ask they return to they original email stating the product will be shipped out! Don’t bother ordering from them it’s obviously another scam company!

Please do not use this site. Item received is poor quality and they won’t accept a return of it.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - Complete fraud website, 3 weeks for delivery, awful customer service, also threat that if I return the package there is a high chance it would be 'lost in transit'......
