Do not use this company. The items take forever to come then is incorrect. I am battling to get a refund. Absolutely nonsense and poor customer service. Avoid at all cost.

Please save your money and time and do NOT order from this company. Absolute scam. The website looks so good and you think they are a reputable company from the Netherlands but they are NOT !! A fraudulent company from China. Ordered an item over 3 months ago, haven’t received anything except excuses from an AI generated email saying “lost in transit” then offering me a 10% partial refund and when declining that insulting offer and wanting my item to be sent to me they have been delaying that process by not suppling me with a tracking code and saying it is in transit with no other information. These emails have been saying the same thing for over 2 months now.

I was a bit sceptical at first, but honestly, the dress I ordered fits like a dream. I'm quite picky with material, but this one felt very high-end.

Absolutely love the pieces I got from Valenti! The fit is spot on and the fabric feels luxurious. I wore the blazer to an event and got so many compliments.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE! Delivery took ages, item quality is average at best. Was offered a partial refund of my order but not received anything and they keep delaying responses and haven't given me the partial refund. I placed the order at the beginning of February and it's still dragging on! Avoid at all costs

Steer clear of this website and company. Pure fraud. Placed an order worth around £250!!!and never got the products or refund. Please stay away from these people. Your order number also won’t show , no replies for days after sending numerous mails. No fake emails stating order got lost and will resend and blah blah blah. Just avoid!

Do not buy this is such a scam I ordered a Uniqlo since last week it says it’s meant to arrive by 23-26 march but it still says in transit and they won’t even give a refound do not buy from these scammers

Do not use this Company, it took 3 weeks for 2 of the items to arrive which were not true to size XXL is to tight on a medium sized person, the 3rd item is still outstanding which was the most expensive one so I am now £145.00 out of pocket, even when the payment was done with PayPal they just told lies. I am struggling now to get my money back with PayPal, they hope you just get fed up and walk away.

Total scam website. Lesson learned to read the TrustPilot reviews in future before ordering from a company like this. After 2 months they have still not delivered my item and send vague responses with fake 'staff' photos. They have not refunded my money despite repeated requests - basically because they are scammers.

Item arrived a few weeks late and the response is from an AI generated email when I was asking where the item is. When the item arrived it has a chinese label with no sizing , the item is way too small. The website says they accept returns , they dont and all you get is an automated AI email response

Awful company and people to deal with. Sophia Lewis in the customer support team makes you go through various hoops, only to tell you no refund is possible. Like many other reviews, it took over 2 weeks to receive my purchase which was way past when I needed it. To make matters worse the jacket I bought was dreadful quality. Truly awful. I read and understood I had a 30 day return policy to follow, but now this seems to be a bare faced lie. Terrible company, do not under any circumstances buy from them you will be disappointed.

Please be aware and don’t place an order with this company. Orders take over three weeks to reach the UK though it suggests less. The company is based in China though it suggests the Netherlands. The sizing is totally wrong and unlike any other. Customer services pathetic, making returns/refunds impossible.

AVOID AT ALL COST. Has been over two months since order has been processed and dispatched. They keep throwing discount codes and offers. Will not accept returns, shell of a company!

I wish, like everyone else, that I'd checked out this company before buying from them. They are total con-artists, scamming people and not following EU law. The items ship from China, so 4-7 working days for shipping is a minimum of 3 weeks. You then cannot return items for a refund under any circumstances, despite their website claiming that they will accept returns 'for any reason' 'within 30 days of receipt'. Their customer service is auto-generated responses, so a complete waste of time. They ignore distance selling law, which means legally they must allow a return. Money lost. Hope I can get a chargeback from my bank. Please don't buy from this company!!

My experience with Valentimode has been absolutely appalling. The delivery took an unacceptable three weeks, and the item I received did not fit. From the moment I reached out, I made it clear that the item was too big. Yet, instead of providing a direct response, I had to endure three separate email exchanges before they finally admitted they do not allow returns for sizing issues. This lack of transparency, disregard for customer concerns, and overall poor service are inexcusable. I will never shop with Valentimode again and strongly urge others to avoid this company altogether.
