I can only echo what many other reviewers have described and I wish I had read them before buying a jacket from this company. It was too small, so I asked to return it. Their website states a return address in the Netherlands and also that they will pay for returns. The e-mail that I received stated that I would have to return it to an address in China with a tracking number at my own expense and that the shipping cost would not be refunded. When I pointed out that this contradicts entirely what is written on their website they ceased communication.

Avoid this company! Delivery came 8 days after promised delivery date. Quality of the coat is very poor, customer service isn’t helpful at all. I want to return the coat but they won’t accept return even if website state free returns. Completely wasted money! Don’t make same mistake !

Avoid this company! Their website clearly states they accept returns within 30 days with no questions asked, yet they are refusing to refund me for a faulty coat. Their customer service is unhelpful, and the quality of their clothing is below average. Feels like a complete scam—do not waste your money here!

Scam company - beware!

Like so many other people I placed an order and it never arrived. They took my money and told me the item was in transit. It never arrived then they cancelled the order and said they were sending me a refund. Then they cancelled the refund. I had to raise a dispute with PayPal and eventually, a month later PayPal settled the dispute in my favour.

Do NOT buy from this company! They will steal your money.

WARNING - Stay well clear!! After a lot of legwork I received a refund via PAYPAL after raising a complaint. What I don’t understand is why PayPal continues to allow trade flow through them.

I ordered a coat months ago and customer service told me the first package was lost and they would send me a new one with priority delivery. Of course the coat hasn’t come and they refuse to give me a refund as the coat is supposedly in transit. Please do not order from here from my experience you will not receive your order.

The product is not as described and when asking to return it, I was told to send it back to China at my own cost. The website says free returns but it’s a scam and lie. Product is very cheap quality.

Returns are to China - Purchased 2 pairs of suede shoes, which were faux suede and sizing was very small, returned at a cost to me of £27.80, items were not as described and there is no mention of returning to China on the website, this site should be closed down they are at the very best misleading and taking advantage of consumers, don't buy from them

What a scam!!
Like many others have commented, this company is a total scam! Customer service is non existence, having now asked for a refund (after waiting for 3 months now for my purchase item- still waiting!), they had of course ignore all my emails, which they claim to respond within 24 hours. I would now have to accept the loss of my money as I learn my lesson the hard way and alert others in social media platforms about this company. These people have no shame!

If I could score this company a negative billion I would - I have waited for a coat which should have been shipped in 4-7 days for more than 3 months and still not received the package - upon realisation this was a COMPLETE SCAM I had tried to retrieve my money but could not cancel the order - met with an email signed with a picture of an AI woman - do NOT purchase anything from this place, horrendous customer service.

Clothes come from China and are of poor quality and small sizing.
Though they say that goods are returned to Holland on their site, that is a lie, they request goods are returned to China, at your expense despite the site saying free returns. Avoid!

I can only add to what others have said. I really, really wish I'd checked up on this company before I spent £60 on a jacket for my daughter. Still waiting for it to arrive, despite being intially told it would be 4-7 business days, which I can now see is a blatant lie. Attempts at a refund have been ignored and I will now be pursuing a charge back through my bank. This is a sham company - scammers.
Edited to say 10 days later and still no jacket despite repeated emails promising it is on the way. I have now raised a claim with my bank.

I ordered two coats from this company, which I then got tracking for one coat which it was coming from china yet they claim to be a UK brand.

The other coat I advised them to cancel and refund me as they did not send it with the other item, they claim a refund was on its way but after a week it bounced with paypal and I received no refund.

Two weeks later the other coat arrived which was from China the quality was very bad it was very itchy looked different from the photos and smaller it was overall poor quality. I emailed asking them to return they said you have to return to our warehouse in China. Which this will cost me to ship back out of my pocket?

I have also not received the refund for the first coat so even if I did send the cheap coat they sent to me which I found on AliExpress for £20 and they charged almost £100. If I did send it back I probably would not be refunded for anyways.

I have contacted my bank to deal with this but I advise everyone to AVOID.

Shocking do not order form here!!! Purchased a coat over 7 weeks ago and still haven’t received my item. Been gojng back and forth with them and they won’t even refund me

Return cost over £20 as must be sent to China on your own cost
