Got an item that never arrived. After weeks of waiting without end I reached out to them and I was told delivery was failed due to unknown reasons. I asked for a refund and was told refund wasn’t possible and I’ll have to pay for shipping to get another item sent. I only wish I came here to read reviews before ordering from them. AVOID THEM!

This is the worst company I have ever purchased from. As many have said they send out the incorrect sized products and refuse a refund. Appalling customer service and experience. Hopefully my bank can resolve the issue.

While the website provides a 30 days refund guarantee, the website refused to refund me although the refund policy allows for the refund. the website is a scam, and the sizes are small. DO NOT BUY!

Order took almost 3 weeks to arrive. After shipping dates saod 4-7 days. I watched the tracking and it all comes from China. Jacket arrived and it was the wrong size and the arms are way too short. Garment label says XXL label inside says M. Currently trying to return for a refund, first email said they will pay poatage as it was their fault sending the wrong size out. 2nd email offered me 10% to keep item or I have to pay to return. Been here before with other dodgy companies online. Avoid.

Beware fraudulent company! I ordered a shoe that was not as advertised and extremely bad quality, after contacting them they refused to provide the shipping label even though it is clearly stated in their refund policy to contact them via email and a shipping label will be provided. After emailing severally and calling them they refused to answer until I let them know I will be pursuing further action then they offered 10% to keep the item.

I stated I will not be keeping an item and will be returning and as per their policy they need to provide the label to which they further stated that they won’t be refunding. This company has given me the run around and still refuse to abide by what is written in their policy. They should not ever be in business

Obviously false 5* reviews. I placed an order in January for 2 jumpers and guess what, no jumpers and no refund. When I originally said the order hadn't arrived and that I would like a refund, they said this was not possible. ABSOLUTE SCAM

A flood of 5* reviews from people who have only ever left that review? All 2 sentences and sound identical in tone. Don’t be fooled! These are total con-artists.

Heels broke after 2 uses. Paid over 100. They said they won't return them unless it comes damaged. If I knew they were scammers I could have sent them back. Horrible.

If I could give this company 0 stars i would..... took 2 weeks to arrive, to find that the quality is shocking and when I tried to request a return the next day after receiving, there was no response... have chased twice since with still no response... complete scam - avoid at all costs!!

Don’t touch this company, ordered two T-shirts both same size, just in different colours. One was so poorly made there was an inch difference on the arms and across the chest. The returns process despite being clearly shown on their website is a lie, it clearly states a returns label will be sent to you and that the address is in Netherlands … however all returns are to be sent to their warehouse in China at the customers expense. Basically if your in the UK you’ve zero rights and can’t do anything about it

As everyone else it seems - a total scam. Item took ages to arrive, it abided in a dusty cheap bag, the item smelt horrible & was awful cheap quality. I tried to return straight away but I received no reply to my request. I basically paid £80 for something that looks like it cost £2

Total scam. Bad quality. Wrong sizing and no possibility to return even though they claim 30 days free returns on their website.

Do not order !!! Scam company, I ordered shoes and they were too small. The shoes took a month to arrive ! I asked for a refund and no one has got back to me.

I ordered a pair of £60 loafers for my boyfriend’s birthday coming up. I ordered them at the middle of March being told they would take 4-7 days to arrive. I still haven’t received my items and when I try and contact they say it’s not their problem as they have already shipped ( which they haven’t ). I’ve emailed asking for a refund but due to their lack of contact I’m assuming that it will be ignored. Again DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM ITS A SCAM

Awful, sent an item nothing like the product ordered.
Their solution was to return the £40 jumper (supposed to be fleece, turned out to be cheap thin, worse than Primark quality sweatshirt) to China which would have cost £20 with no refund for the postage.

They had the gall to try to gaslight me telling me it was the jumper I ordered.

This is a scam drop shipping company.

The quality is unmatched. You can tell straight away that this isn't fast fashion-it feels luxurious, like something you'd find in a boutique in Milan.

Clothing came well-packaged and in perfect condition. Loved the unique designs-really stands out from typical high street fashion.

Despite being a dropshipping service, I was super happy with the overall experience. The jacket I ordered looks incredible and fits just right.

Horrible garment, useless customer service. Item smelled unpleasant, couldn't possibly have fitted as a medium, no label, no washing instructions, impossible to get hold of customer service. Feels like a scam. I will be taking up with credit card company. if well over 80% of reviews are 1*, how much should you trust the 5* ones?
