Vor vier Monaten bestellt, bis heute ist noch nicht ein Kleidungsstück da. Wir haben mehrfach per E-Mail nachgefragt. Als Antwort kommen immer wieder Vertröstungen.

Ich habe soeben die Bestellung storniert. Ich bin gespannt, ob ich die Rückerstattung erhalte.

Nach den bisherigen Erfahrungen werde ich hier nicht nochmals bestellen.

I bought a blue Lolita dress and oh my gosh am I happy with the purchase!! It’s sooo pretty and exactly like the picture. And can we talk about the quality please? It’s insane for this price. I’m so glad I bought this💖

I've spent probably 1-2 thousand on this site by now, the products are always super good quality, shipping for standard orders is fast and pre-orders generally ship when they say they will. Customer service has always also been extremely helpful in getting in-stock stuff shipped earlier than listed when I ask. Also greatly appreciate how easy it is to get free shipping.

I have placed my order twice, as the first time I forgot to add my discount code, and obviously I didn’t want to pay full price, so I placed the same order again but this time with the discount code, and then messaged them to cancel and refund the first order. I had to follow up once, but I did receive my refund. Shipping time was long, but the dress arrived and was just as pretty as I hoped. Would order again, but keep long shipping time in mind.

Bought a dress for 70 dollars. Got an email a bit later telling me the dress was out of stock, asking me if I wanted something else or a refund.
After mailing them back that I'd like a refund, there has been a week of total silence on their part. No word whatsoever, no refunds.
This seems to be their modus operandi, don't purchase from them. I should've done more research rather than blindly trust their own site. Chances are my email is now blocked on their end, so I can't send them any more mail.

Confused by the issues people have. I’ve never had my stuff not show up. Yeah, it takes a LONG time if you pre order something, but you should know that beforehand. It says how long shipping is after a brand’s pre order period ends. Also, don’t be brain dead and not know your measurements. Get a tape and measure your chest and waist. They sell the same things 42 Lolita does but usually at a better discount with free shipping deals. Their support does not seem super accessible so I take a star off

I ordered some shoes from them, and they told me they were out of stock. So, I asked for a refund, and they said they processed it, but they didn’t. Now I have to file a claim. I’m so annoyed dealing with them.

They did not ship nor communicate as they promised. They only shipped once I asked twice to cancel because the order was so late, so they could then say it was shipped and refuse my refund.

Horrible experience, DO NOT recommend.

I was scammed. My daughter wanted a ton of stuff from this site for Christmas, I ordered everything she wanted since she didn't have much else she asked for. I got the order confirmation, money was paid, then nothing...no shipment info ever came in, I emailed them twice to get an update and NEVER received a reply. Now it's basically Christmas, I'm out the money and my daughter has nothing. THEY SUCK.

I love the customer service even though some people say its bad but i have had nothing but sweet and kind experienceses with the people who helped me. And i am currently getting my money back sadly bc i asked for a refund bc i dont have the money to waste rn sadly😞 and they where nothing but understanding all love to devilinspired Malthe💖

Absolutely amazing!!!

I was always unsure to order. I never dared to but last month I was like come on, give it a try and it was worth every penny. Amazing fabric, amazing work, doesn’t look cheap at all. It is all in all super cool and I deffo will order again!!!!! IT WAS WORTH IT!!!

I have ordered from them multiple times over the past 3 years and I have always had a positive experience. The customer service responds right away (bearing in mind that they are based in China, so their daylight hours are different than mine) and is always prepared to solve any problems that arise. There have been a couple of issues with products being out of stock, but customer service is always quick to rectify this issue. Overall I've had many positive experiences with this company. It is a taobao reseller, so you have to keep in mind that not every brand has the same quality. Stick to reputable brands and you'll be fine. I find they have the best prices among all the taobao resellers I've used.

Scammed. The one time I didn't use PayPal and they won't refund me for the items I bought 7 months ago. Never gave me a reason for delaying every month. Claimed that it would ship end of month and each month never did. I asked to at least refund the pre-order that was never processed and it says pending and has been for days. Awful company.

I've ordered a couple things after seeing their ads.

They make every picture look 10x better than what the product actually is. Some of the accessories are fine but I wouldn't order any dresses from them, it's mostly poorly made polyester clothing in my experience.

J'ai commandé des articles pour 90 euros. Les délais de livraison n'ont jamais cessé d'être rallonges et les colis jamais livrés !. Je ne parviens pas à obtenir le remboursement le site affiche la mention " remboursé# mais c'est faux.

Do not order from here. I ordered a bag for my daughter for going back to school, payed a high price for it and after less than 2 months of use it literally began to fall apart at the seams. I have contacted them about this a few times and they refuse to offer any help or support, subpar products at high end prices.

Zum ersten mal bestellt nun ist mitte Oktober 2 Monate nach Bestellung auf Anfrage hat man mir ganz easy gesagt Mitte Januar sei die wahre im Versand leute eine frage werden die sachen in der nachbar Galaxie von Ameisen genäht über die Quali kann ich noch nichts sagen aber eine so lange Wartezeit hab ich noch nirgends gesehen

I got my shoes, it took about 3 weeks to get to me but so worth the wait! they’re perfect!

I haven't ordered much from here but the things I did buy were good! The jeans are super comfortable and the tights are well made! I will say be careful with the sizing as it can be a bit snug if you get your exact size. Everything I got looked exactly like the pictures and felt soft!
