Insurance renewal. What a ball ache.
First of all the link in renewal email you sent didn’t work. Then I couldn’t see any mention of my personal Devitt Portal on your web site - nowhere!
Then I rang the number on website and I got through to an another automated number which gave me the original number I’d dialled! Then the chap Tyler I got through to had to read through a lot of red tape legal stuff and then I was able to pay him ( that part was straightforward) as well as hear I’m being charged £20 for renewing - industry rip off! So 2 stars is all you’re getting!

Fantastic service.
Easy to use site to confirm or edit your quote and pay for your cover. It is also considerably cheaper than my previous quotes from other well known insurers.
