Very professional, I’m happy, thank you very much 😀

I know these things take time, and I have been happy with the service I received, there was a little problem with final payment being made by cheque which didn’t appear but finally payment was made by bank transfer after a baks payment was deducted from me.
So all in all a happy successful outcome, but I am sure the payments and accounts don’t need to be so archaic.

My solicitor was Jenna at DGM, from day one all the way through to the conclusion of my claim Jenna was friendly, polite and professional. Non-fault claims can be very stressful especially when the other person tries to blame you for the accident but Jenna remained positive throughout the claim despite us having to overcome some unforeseen obstacles right from the offset. When court involvement was recommended I was worried but my experience with DGM solicitors has been great, from calling and speaking to the receptionist to the thorough advice I received throughout the claim. If I am unfortunate enough to be involved in an accident again my first call would be to DGM. Thank you again Jenna for making the whole process as stress free as possible.

The first contact I had with Mrs Hughes was outstanding and very professional she outlined the complete claims process from first interview until the claim settlement.

Very very happy with the service that I have reserved from fantastic members of staff for all there hard work understanding of the stress I was going though. Very polite always got back to me straight away nothing was to much for them. Can not recommend them enough
