Paul was brilliant !!!
He was very patient with me as a lot of the times I didn’t send in the right paper work or on time.
He gave me a great outcome to my case and I have to thank him 👍

Excessive fees, no clear identification of amount removed from my claim in the lead part of the letters received. Hidden costs not made clear at time, hidden in small print and only disclosed once claim finalised.
Great communication with Rachel Hughes @ DGM but poor outlay of letters and communication from the company, placing important information in the leading part of the letter, but am assured this will be addressed
Receiving only £902 from a claim paid out at £1500 seems harsh, even after aparent discounted rates of 25%
Overall congratulations to Rachel for her hard work, a great members of the team, but improvements need to be made at top level.

Hi I put a claim in on the 2nd of Oct I have just received an email today 20th March which says my payment was £2500. When I started the claim I was told the fees would be 25%, but now they say it is 25% plus admin fees which there saying is a total of £1442 which I think is absolutely disgusting I would never tell anyone to use these as I would feel guilty when they got ripped off

Where do I start, I was appointed to Sharon Stevens for my personal injury claim following a car accident which wasn't my fault. Sharon was extremely helpful throughout my case and responded very quickly to all emails, phone calls regarding and queries I had. Nothing was ever too much effort for Sharon, I feel she went above and beyond for me. Sharon helped me with everything and advised me to the best of her ability. I hope I may never need to use the service again due to the nature of it, but I guarantee if I ever did I would be first to email Sharon. I will miss our small phone calls as she was so polite and kindly mannered. I thank Sharon for everything she has done for me, she made the process that whole lot easier. She really was a star.
