After the first part was lost in transit I must say what amazing service, within 24 hours of you guys finding out via a quick email,that parcel had been lost you had contacted ups kept me updated and also arranged a replacement which has been delivered all within 24 hours. Parts as shown on the website do not…
Parts as shown on the website do not turn up. Instead cheaper versions are sent and when I question it they said it will do the same job won’t it. I’ve asked for my money back, they said they would collect the part on Friday. It’s Monday and it’s still here.
