They refused to cancel an order, then shipped it out a week later. ZERO support.. To top it all off, the package came from this "guy".... "Jerry (001) - Yasfbara" is associated with numerous reports of a "brushing" scam, where unsolicited small packages (like earpods, jewelry, or machine parts) are sent to people, often linked to online orders from sites like Amazon, to generate fake positive reviews, using addresses in Rancho Cucamonga, CA

We need to correct several points here, as this account is not accurate.
Your order was dispatched on the same day it was placed, in line with our stated shipping times. Your request to cancel was made after the item had already been shipped and was in transit, at which point cancellation is no longer possible. This was clearly explained to you.
Following delivery, the item was not returned. Instead, it was installed and kept, which further confirms the order was fulfilled correctly.
With regard to the claims about “Jerry (001) - Yasfbara” and alleged scams, we have no connection whatsoever to these names or any such activity. These statements are entirely unfounded and unrelated to our business or your order.

I bought a new in car entertainment system for my Audi and got into a pickle with the wiring harness and contacted David and he couldn’t be more helpful went over and above and can’t thank him enough for his customer care after sales was bang on and very helpful and couldn’t recommend their services enough absolutely bang on thanks

Horrendous company
Horrendous company. 2 points here. The first is that I wanted to buy a screen but didn’t know what would fit so I phoned. They told me to WhatsApp them so I did. While waiting for a reply I knew I wanted a new dash so I ordered one. It came but has a fault with it. I tried to call again and this time they won’t even answer. Then I proceed to get a reply about the screen which was about 2 weeks too late. I then proceeded to say this isn’t about the screen and instead a dash I bought which was ignored. Completely useless and unwilling to help in the slightest. Avoid at literally all cost before it’s too late.

We’re sorry to hear that you feel this way, however we do need to clarify a few points as the situation described is not an accurate reflection of what occurred.
Firstly, the item you purchased was not faulty. The concern raised related to a feature preference regarding the digital cockpit, which we explained is not supported by this product. This is a limitation of the system rather than a defect.
Regarding communication, you were not ignored. At the time of your enquiry, the team member who handles these specific technical queries was on annual leave. You were politely informed of this and asked to allow a short period for a detailed response upon their return, to ensure you received accurate advice.
We also note that we responded to your WhatsApp enquiry as soon as possible given these circumstances. Our intention is always to provide correct and helpful guidance, particularly with more technical products such as these.
We understand delays can be frustrating, but we do not believe it is fair to describe our service as “unwilling to help,” as we did communicate the situation and followed up accordingly.
Do not order from here, no consumer rights
I just want to make people aware that this company doesn’t follow UK consumer contracts regulations 2013 and will deny any return if you buy anything from their website
When I reached out they said
ill just say this, then you can decide if you want to buy the item from us.
We will not accept the return of a working unit.
If the unit doesn't work of course we will take it back to replace / refund BUT all units are tested before sending to ensure they work so that would not be a problem.
Any unit that is attempted to be sent back to us even with the slightest scratch will not be accepted.
Which isn’t following UK law especially being a UK company and when questioned they got really upset and basically said they don’t want any of my business stating
“I can confirm that we do not want your business, please don't buy the unit as i will cancel the order.”

You contacted us prior to purchase asking whether you could buy a high-value electronic unit, install it yourself in your vehicle, and then return it for a refund if you simply decided you did not like it. Unfortunately, this is not something we can agree to.
As we explained, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers have the right to inspect goods as they would in a shop. This allows for opening the packaging and assessing the item, but it does not extend to installing and using the product in a way that would affect its resale value. Installation into a vehicle would go beyond reasonable handling.
To help you make an informed decision, we have produced detailed videos demonstrating exactly how the unit looks and functions in real-world use. We encouraged you to review these before purchasing so you could decide with confidence.
We believe this is a fair and transparent approach, and our intention is simply to ensure products remain in a resellable condition while giving customers the information they need before buying.
