would have been 5 star but estimated dates provided for pending points to be available are ( in my experience ) often missed. Tip would be to set longer expected dates if you can not award the points in the timeline you are quoting to your customers

I don't know this company have never signed up to it yet you are taking hundreds of pounds off me every month and putting my paypal credit card payments sky hi I am not happy the fact I do not seem to be able to speak to a human in person to get this sorted once and for all

Haven for Fraud

Like others posting here, 2x £25 fraudulent transactions have left my Kroo bank account (and I've had to be issued with a replacement debit card), despite me never having used this company's services.

Perks at Work customer service have responded with empty platitudes and no meaningful action.

So if you care about your financial security, stay well away from their platform.

Great until things go wrong!

I have been a member of perks at work for many years spending thousands each year.
In the last couple of years my account has on approximately 3-4 occasions just disappeared completely. The purchase history, wow points, reloadable cards the lot. After a lot of painful time emailing as they do not have a customer service phone number that will deal with this they have been able to get it back.
However I reported the last disappearance on the 12th March and here we are several emails later on the 31st March with no answer!
So I cannot reload my cards, I have no wow points to redeem which I have earned and no purchase history.
I have asked them in the past to tell me why my account just disappears but no answer.
So yes its good until its not, then be prepared for the long haul!
So here we are 10 days on since they were giving this a priority review and 14 days since I raised it with the company! I would hate not being a priority case!

I used PersatWork for about 3 years at my last employer. Had thousands of WOWPoints (their point based system). Later, I got laid off and tried to access the account but guess what, I can not. They locked me out of my account, with substantial amount of "my money" in the form of their WOWPoints. HR said the points can be used even after I moved out of the company, but that wasn't the case.

And the worst thing is that these guys don't have any phone number for Support. You can only raise tickets on their site (which I did obviously - more than once), and NO ONE RESPONDS TO THE TICKETS. So practically I hit a dead end.

What a shame for having such cheap and fraudulent practices.

[UPDATE]: updating my review after getting in touch with Customer Support team on email. They have resolved the account access issue and I can now access my account.

WOWpoints never expire and we can get you access even though you have changed employers. I’ve been with perks at works now for…

I’ve been with perks at works now for over 3 years and spent over £5000 with them, they always have app issues, today was the last straw i’m trying to buy a £500 curry’s gift card to use and they keep saying failed fraud checks error code 107, i’ve tried different cards called my bank, and their support team is useless, i want to purchase with them so i can get some wowpoints and now it’s giving me this headache, nightmare of a company sort your errors out so customers can buy or shut your company!!!

Allows Fraudulent Payments

This company does not use proper payment verification (3d checks to verify) which allowed Fraudsters to take payment from my PayPal account despite me never visiting the site.

I was shocked to see so many other people experiencing the same issues.

The initial response from the company was that I need to speak to my bank rather than investigating the problem.

This company is a haven for scammers

This company is a haven for scammers, the first place the scammers tried to use my stolen Kroo card details was at Perks At Work. And from reading the reviews I’m not the only one this has happened to. On seeing this mass fraud coming through their platform, how have they reacted? Shockingly; no investigation, no statement, just deflection and blame shifting.

Fraudulently took 5 transactions of £30 each without my authorisation. Never heard of this company. Now £150 out of pocket while this is investigated

An employee has cloned my Utility…

An employee has cloned my Utility Warehouse card, tested it at Perks At Work. Successful at 3 amounts. Then put in for a larger amount of £159 at the Range in Plymouth successful transaction. Then tried a larger amount and the card was declined. Then they’ve tried for several Perks at Work again all declined as it’s a prepayment card not a debit card.
The only transactions I made on this card was the day before at Amazon.
I’ve had to freeze the card and raise a dispute and hopefully will get my money back. Perks at Work whoever you are you have a thief working for you.

Refusing to admit they been hacked or are scam

Don't touch with a barge poll . Absolutely scammers . Either they had a hack there not owning up to or they are scamming people look at all the reviews claim the card must of been stolen what are the chances of some many people having there cards stollen and all used pm their side

Update. I have to record of them trying to contact me . Luckily the bank were helpfull and understanding. Please please please be aware look at the other reviews I'm not the only one to of had this happen

Scam attempts

Every time I buy cinema tickets through them, I get scam calls trying to steal my money. My bank had to give me two new debit cards in 2025 because of this. This year I used a different card with almost no money in it to buy tickets and lo and behold, received a text pretending to be from my bank today. Please let people check out without saving card details and offer other platforms such as paypal and google pay! It's clear data is not safe with this company.

this company has taken money out of my bank without me authorizing any payment.. i have never heard of this company.. they charged 20gbp every 30 seconds till i froze the card ... this comapny is literly made to steal money and than they make some policy that they will refund you if you contact with them but they will nevr replay to you

The customer service at Perks at Work is absolutely outstanding! My job ended unexpectedly in 2025, and only after I turned in my work laptop did I remember that I had purchased (but not downloaded) movie tickets through my Perks at Work account.
