I agree with others

I agree with others. Do not get caught. They scammed me too before my friendly team at Barclays picked it up.
I'm in a wheelchair so rely on on-line shopping for a lot .
Their telephone doesnt work and they rely on people not noticing . Yes, I lost £29 and then £69 twice before putting a bank block on them.

Really happy with how everything turned…

Really happy with how everything turned out. The team handled it quickly and kept me updated the whole way through.
A special thank you to Nancy, who was especially helpful and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. It really felt like she genuinely cared about getting everything sorted rather than just ticking a box.

I give 5 stars to Nancy and Smantha as…

I give 5 stars to Nancy and Smantha as they dealed with my enquiry in best manner and quickly and they proceeded with refunding me and cancelling my subscription though I don’t know how it accrue and the amount of 19.90 was deducted from my bank account twice but when I contacted ship they responded quickly and refunded me the detected amount
Thanks to Nancy as she comforted me of what’s going and the refund was processing

Unauthorised Charges

I have had the same experience like others with this company. On the 22nd of March, the sum of £19.90 was taken. While I was still battling with refund another one was taken on the 5th of April. I have raised it with my credit card provider just for them to tell me that it is a reoccurring charges. Please how? Someone should tell me this is not real. I need urgent action to the email sent to your support.

Bogus modus operandi

Never heard about this company and how they got access to my bank account. Luckily my bank detected the transaction as fraudulent and they stopped the payment. Came across them by searching the company name and found this no in TrustPilot I’m truly alarmed to know that there is other costumers writing reviews posting 5 starts for prompting action, devolving funds immediately. The concern is that we all are unaware of how they had access to the accounts as a shipping subscription. The transparency should come immediately by informing the costumer, how the subscription was made in the first place. Then a review of 5 stars would be valid. This makes me to question the modus operandi.
