It’s a very big scam happened to me keep strolling money from my account

I have also been scammed for 19.99 pound with no hope of contact or getting a refund just took the money from my account so be aware

E-securepay are the opposite of secure they will constantly attempt to take money from your account until you block your card and get a new one- do not be tempted to go to their website because they have been clever in that it asks " problem with a transaction?" And when clicked asks for names and email address to grab more of your information- in blocked my account but they are still trying to get money.i notice the company have replied to some reviews and don't seem to know what is going on but I suppose if you are a criminal set up to repeat charge the public for no service then you wouldn't really care about reviews but it won't be tolerated much longer because it's 2026 and the good guys now have the technology to deal with them so they will just be anxious to get as much as possible before the bubble bursts i hope they have got a debt with some gangsters who want repayment

This e-securepay is bullshit. They are just robbing us for no reason.
This is my third time getting robbed by them,
I don't remember doing any subscription with them first it was £29, then £69 each month.
Even tho my card was blocked they are still robbing me. WTF is this ???

I am extremely disappointed and angry with E-Securepay. This company has been deducting money from my account without any confirmation or authorization from me. They are charging for a so-called "subscription" that I never signed up for, never agreed to, and never received any email or notification about.I have never visited their website,they keep taking money silently like thieves. This is clear unauthorized fraud and theft from my account.I strongly warn everyone to stay away from E-Securepay. They seem to be running a scam operation by enrolling people into fake subscriptions without consent and draining their accounts. I have already contacted my bank to dispute these charges and will be reporting this to the relevant authorities.Do not trust this company. If you see any charge from E-Securepay on your statement, immediately dispute it as fraudulent.

Well I can't find a way to unsubscribe from the they're taking every month for months &I don't know how you can make it so hard to cancel a subscription and even got hacked whilst this so called security app apparently well someone's gone & put malware passwords some app called doorzo or something it was called FUMING

Stole 19.99 from me no idea how they got my bank details. Refund my money?! Honestly awful for a company like this to prey on peoples bank details.

A scam they signed me up and too over 150 from me

Complete scam. Had a suspicious payment of £19 taken from my account. Phoned my bank and it turns out it was a taken via the JustPark app when I processing a refund. I have not signed up or authorised any subscription service to this website. I will be asking for a full refund.

Received a notification from my bank to see if I recognised the attempted payment...I did not and I am now having a new card issued. I went on their website, chose the cancel my subscription option and no membership was found on the email address I would have used, no idea how they would have gotten my details if I'm not a member.

Started taking money from my account without any notification. Started at£29.99 then went up to £69.99. No way of contacting them, they're basically thieves had to report them to the fraud team at my bank and had to have my card cancelled twice because of them.

They took over communication with the store and followed up until the issue was resolved. Impressive.

Didn’t mean to but at least I didn’t get stuck. They were helpful.

Noticed 2 x payments of £19.99 and contacted them immediately, I was told id signed up via an online order with another company but they couldn’t say who with. I asked why I had zero correspondence via email or text but they couldn’t answer. Said they would send it to billing department to try and get a refund. Was advised they had cancelled the “subscription” but iv also reported it to the fraud team at my bank and blocked future payments to them. Absolute scamming what they are doing, iv never subscribed to them and never would subscribe to their service!!!

Horrid scam company. I don’t know how they got my credit card info but they are scammers and set you up a monthly subscription and keep taking money from your account

I have no idea how they have my details. It was flagged up by the Barclays fraud squad who contacted me and cancelled my card so they can’t take more money.

Noticed a 29.99gbp charge on my credit card, but don’t know what service or product I’ve bought from them. No invoice or anything. Phone number is not active and no response on e-mail. DON’T fill out the form as they’ll take that free information.

If your reading this you've probably started seeing money going out you account and can't figure out who this company is or why they've started taking something that shows as a subscription! I am! Been taking payments from April that are slowly going up the first being £29.99 then reaching £69.99.

Clearly a scam and they don't respond to emails or the cancel my subscription service. If it comes to it I'll close my bank account if I have to, to be rid of these cretin. As with other reviews they'll post that generic we respond within a day BS copy pasta rubbish.

This outfit is taking a bank transaction out of my account for 29.99 no idea who it is but it’s a non authorised payment.
